RepHresh keeps working for three days but it can get diluted by frequent BD and get less effective over time, and you might want to add more. An applicator full is way too much tho, that will kill any sperm in the VJ! I would stick with a half applicator and I would do it 6-12 hours before BD, not right before.Quote:

The sperm leaves the vagina very quickly after BD and ESPECIALLY at O time, is quickly out of reach of anything you stick into your vagina. I know this is not what they believe on IG but there is no way that the pH of things you put into your VJ (like a fingertip of Acijel - really??) can possibly infiltrate up thru the cervix, thru the uterus, and all the way into the Fallopian tubes where the egg will be fertilized, any more than a fingertip of baking soda on your tongue can change the pH of your stomach acid. Your body WANTS to have higher pH at O and it may be that we need to respect that a little bit, because we can't change it anyway - your body keeps churning out that EWCM because it knows you need it to conceive.
In fact, it may even be that pH spikes are being CAUSED by low pH douche and jelly - your body wants to wash that stuff away!!
