Have you seen this? Boy's toilet training urinal - Boys Toilet Trainer! My twins used it for a year until they could reach standard toilet height. It's great, fits all toilets, no need to lift them up to sit down, or use stools to clamber up. You just flip it over to empty the wee and leave it upside down while you flush and it gets cleaned ready for next time.

That is so cool... I have to go get one now!

.. just found this one "Lil Marc Potty Training Urinal for Boys" it has a stand alone so we don't have to work around the one on the toliet. Also you just pour it out from the top. $30 is worth it.
