I just noticed in another thread that Stevia may sway blue. Is there any information on erythritol? I’m on the alternate diet and I’ve been using it like crazy in my coffee [emoji51][emoji51][emoji51]

Erythritol is a totally different thing and believed to be ok for swaying. I doubt the Stevia does a whole lot anyway.

What about agave nectar? I sometimes put a little squirt of this in full fat natural no added sugar yoghurt! Is this ok as a natural sweetener on the alternative diet! Also is coffee really good for swaying pink? I generally drink herbal and fruit teas but would be happy to add in some coffees too if that helps?
Thanks again
Unfortunately agave nectar still has carbohydrates and thus is pretty much akin to sugar. It does have a lower glycemic index than sugar, but it's still classed as sugar because it's a carby sweetener.
We have had good results with coffee for swaying pink. I do recommend it for anyone who can stomach it! I got my girl with coffee after four boys with all/mostly tea.
