2 DD, two completely different pregnancies. I mean NO crossover symptoms from one to the next.
DD1 - teensy bit of mild nausea in the 1st trimester, insane weight gain and no other symptoms
DD2 - every symptom on the planet - severe vomiting & nausea the entire pregnancy, weight loss, body rashes, migraines etc.
They are uncomparable.

has anyone had boys and girl pregnancys and felt the same, as in the same sickness feeling the same times of day and the same food aversions ??

I know of some people who did but they aren't on this site!

I've got a good friend who has a dd and is currently 30weeks pregnant with a ds and she says that her symptoms including sickness, food cravings, tiredness, etc have been exactly the same. I think you just have to treat each pregnancy as a separate journey with a new individual bean inside, who will have it's own personal affect on your body. Trying to determine gender by comparing symptoms is not at all accurate - its a new individual, so of course you're going to have a reaction to the pregnancy that's individual to that baby...sometimes it will be similar to other pregnancies and sometimes it will be starkly different. There's really no comparing.

lala hun i think your right i just cant help it lol

Great advice Lala - not only is baby an individual but your own body is in a different place with different hormones and nutritional needs than it ever had before.

Lol Littlemiss, I know! I did the same thing. I was convinced my ds2 was a girl because I was soo sick with ds1 and hardly at all with ds2. I thought how could they possibly be the same gender when they are having such different affects on my body? But here i am with two sons. It's hard not to compare though. X

The MS was way worse with DD! With DS I had moderate nausea from 6 weeks to 15 weeks. I did not take anything for it. It was more of an annoyance than anything. With DD the nausea was what clued me in to the fact that I may be pregnant at 4 weeks, and I had to take Diclectin to function right up until the day DD was born.

I didn't have any morning sickness at all with both of my girls

Well, now that I know this babe is a girl, I'll repost. I had very, very little m/s this time - only the very slightest queasiness first thing in the morning until I ate. It has been my easiest pregnancy so far.
