Welcome Mummypink- hope you get your pink bundle! I did the LE diet and a few other swaying stuff but I'm getting my blue and because I found out so early am so happy with that now.
There are a lot of ladies on here with their 3rd or 4th boy so I'm in good company but you will probably get the best advice from those who's sways worked! There is no guarantee so you have to know you will be fine with another boy. You also have every chance to get a girl so wishing you all the luck in the world!
Maybe- I do NOT know how you are putting up with your MIL after all that she has said and done. You are amazing having her back and deserve huge credit. Keep up the good work and escape when you have to, you have put up with more than most of us could take.
Pinga- so glad you are enjoying your beautiful boy, makes me feel so excited about mine arriving. What an amazing sleeper, well done little Duke!

Hi Indigo - yep you are absolutely right. I'm not totally convinced whether swaying makes a massive difference but I kind of feel like I need to give it a go. If we have another boy then I will know he was really meant to be here, and a happy and healthy baby is definitely the most important thing. Huge congrats on your pregnancy, not long to go now until you meet your new little man I bet you can't wait for those newborn cuddles. :)

Everyone tells me dave is ginormous! Newborn diddy days didn't last!! Giving up breastfeeding is going ok ish. I no longer express but feed him twice a day which is less faff. I just feel so guilty stopping completely. So much to feel guilty about it's madness!
I think I should join the le diet as I need to shift weight! Next month I'm back at the gym :-/

Am aware i haven't been on here much. Busy trying to get organised for our hols in norfolk on friday and because we are camping part of the time there is just so much more to take. Plus my dad is decorating for me so im trying to get the house and paint all sorted. Plus my garden is growing like a jungle and although i spend loads of time on it, it is impossible to keep on top of... i guess thats cos of all this rain!
Anyway, am slowly growing and sooooo looking forward to october coming round and my little man being born. Also got my ht plan sorted for next year so it all just feels like a waiting game really. As of september and ds1 going to school, i think things will start moving at a faster pace... eek.
Maybe, hows it going with MIL? hopefully ok so far!

Hello Mummypink, GL with ur sway. I actually enjoyed my IG diet and lost over 2 stone in 4mths, tempted to go back on it to shift baby weight! lol I'm not 100% sure swaying gave me my girls, but glad I tried it anyway. It was hard to start with, then a way of life.

Girls had a restless day with my mum :( as Dh and I clear out the loft for the conversion. Saw so many old pics and got a bit sad those times of my life are gone, but happy I have lots of better ones to come.

I'm extremely happy! I recieved my grades for my access course today! I did really well I'm so pleased with myself! I keep looking at the paper work a grinning at it lol I'm really proud of myself lol!
Just gotta get this little one out of my belly and I'll be over the moon!!
Been having contractions on and off for a couple of days and lost some plug today but not a show, I know it's all just a waiting game but I'm getting a bit impatient now :S

Inglewood - he checked a few things and basically said it's nothing to worry about. My blood pressure was normal yesterday but has been low since I had Eliza and he said that probably caused the headaches I was having and he suspects it may still be dropping sometimes. His best guess was a combination of that and hormones! He seemed to think if it was my ears then I would feel dizzy in a spinning way rather than feeling unbalanced! I'm hoping to take a year off but will have to see how we're doing financially. I definitely won't go back before 9 months due to breastfeeding.
I'm taking DD and DS3 out for lunch with work friends today. I don't reaaly want to go as DS3 will be hectic but I haven't taken DD to work to meet them yet so I'm going to give it a shot then come home for a lie down!!
Inglewood I'm going back in nov so about nine months off purely as I want to use the same childminder I had before. She has a place from sept so I have to pay 50% to hold it. Can't afford to do that till next march. Getting good childcare is more important than a few more months off work x

My blooming son has given me threadworms :( I can't believe it and so close to my due date, I really hope the doctor gives me something as I really do not want to give birth with them. I called the midwifey unit and they said it happens more often than I think and not to be embarressed, ha easier said than done.
Oh no kell! My son always has symtoms but poor dh inspects him and we never see any but all do the mess in case. Last time I was breastfeeding and took them without thinking! Dh had thrown out the paperwork so not sure if it was safe, but were still alive and well x

AFM, I'm shattered!! Had my screaming teenies at it for 2hrs solid while I made tea tonight. Dh was working late and I just wanted to run to the bottom of the garden and scream!!! The boys were never like that, not everyday, only when unwell. I love having twins, such a blessing truly, but 2 that don't settle??? come on!! lol Thought after the chiro etc things were better, even texted her to say the were and now after today I felt so sorry for myself. Know its a hormone/tiredness combo and will get better, but tough at the moment even tho I wouldn't rush time by at all. Praying I can save enough to make up my wages from SMP to take more time off...please please FX!! need to get my sanity back before I have to look after people again, can barely look after myself at the mo!
The weather is pants and it's wk3 of the school hols, kids back in 4wks and we have done next to nowt! took them to sealife centre and they stayed 6 days with inlaws. Dh taking them to a stunt show at the wkend and maybe all go to the safari park next wk. Prob is dh works 6 days/wk and gets every 6th week off. He takes the car leaving me stuck in this dam village (which only has 2 shops and a post office). He starts at 0630, so to get the car I have to take 4 kids on the bus to his work to get the car (he uses a works van whilst there that he can't bring home :() which sits there all day. Not good! I used to have my own car but it failed an MOT 2yrs ago (big time) and wasn't worth the £ to fix.
Well, almost midnight and here I am ranting again.... take care ladies and have a good wkend if I don't get back on. x

Ive been looking online and women at this stage have been given stuff before with no side effects, in thinking I might just buy it over the counter because I'm just mortified at the idea of labour with worms.
Poor you Kell. It's lovely when they start going to school and bringing home nits and worms eh?! We have one worm tablet for the older boys and me and one for DS3 which I bought because he was under 2 at the time - I think that one's called prispen (it's a raspberry flavoured sachet - I actually remember drinking it as a child!) and I'm sure I've read it may be ok when pregnant/breastfeeding. Do check first of course!! Are you doing the crazy cleaning thing as well? I remember washing the bedding and towels a lot and hoovering every day. I also cleaned DS2 (the culprit!) bottom every morning with a baby wipe and as soon as he got out of the bath because the worms come out after sleeping and bathing. Cut everyone's nails short too!
Yeh Zanacal I've been disinfecting everywhere! Door handles, doors, light switches, toilets, taps, towel rails radiators, boil washing bedding and towels etc, stuck anti bacterial hand wash in all bathrooms and kitchen. I've even had the anti bac wipes on the kids toys to be sure lol, think I've gone Ott but I'm horrified! I know it's normal and easily caugh but trust the first time we have it in the house to be just days before I'm due!
We've all had the medicine now so fingers crossed I'll be sorted before lily arrives.
Ds1 had his last day of school today, hes such an emotional soul bless him, he was really upset at his friends in year six leaving, I wanted to cry with him! I hate seeing my babies cry.
Ah kids are like puppy's aren't they with nits and worms. Lovely.
Kell I wanted to cry on my sons last day. He is year 3 but his best mate is in year six, breaks my heart :-( then ds2 left nursery. So so sad, it just goes by to fast. Plus nursery did a photo with handprints and poem about never getting back time that's passed. They might have well just ripped my heart out and beat me with it!
Another day I thank god for my baby. This week would have hurt like hell if he wasn't here.
Kell, hope you get some labour-action soon! It is so hard to go over your DD.
The party was lovely, I was glad I could do something nice for ds2 before baby arrives and I get too busy. Feel baby really low and getting painful to walk now, can't believe there will be another little baby in the house soon, getting excited!
Hope you all feeling better with last days of term, nursery etc, it is so emotional. I had that poem too at one point Maybe, it is just too too sad, can't read it without bawling!

Hi all, just a quickie! Wondered if Kell or Indigo still about or busy with a new baby?
Girls weighed today, they are 15wks tom- DD1 is 12lbs 7oz and DD2 is 13lbs!! Doing great. Although worried about DD1, had a second episode today of kinna choking?? but not taking a breath for ages and it's so distressing to see, we blew on her face and I patted her back. My mum and I panicked. Not sure what it is and now scared to go to bed! Think she's teething bad and has excess salvia, always drooling. So think she's swallowing it the wrong way. Tilted her mattress and will hardly sleep for worry tonight. The other day was bad enough, but twice.... if it happens again I'm going to the docs for sure.

Ds3 is crawling like a trooper, pulling himself up on furniture, hooligan lol. Hes lovely thou, my little angel, his smiles are just the cutest... biast i know lol.

Hello all been a while again so so sorry, we have been away again for family events and back to more prep for the extention didn't realise that so much had to be done first lots of meetings with builders, architects and now building officers from the council!

Girls still unsettled with trapped wind in their bowels now rather than upper and scream literally for hours some days despite massages, hot baths. colocynth granules.... The gaviscon constipates them so rather than giving them 2 sachets, I give them none, half or 1 depending on the reflux and vomiting. Wondering if the Gav is causing probs??? I'm shattered and stressed some days and ok others... think The HV thinks I'm mad, if she wasn't a twin mum herself she would think I was!! at least she can sympathise with me. How is your sway plan/thoughts coming along?
Today ladies I dyed my hair (MEGA grey lurking thru) and started Weight watchers!!! Was gonna do a diet babymad recommended, but DH said he'd be up for doing it with me (WW) to loose some weight, so thought that would be good for the family as a whole to eat better. he's never said he would join me before, so will try it. He won't go to meetings or anything, my mum started with me and I have 4 and a half stone to my goal :( lost 2 and a half in 5 mths before on WW then the girl diet, but didn't have 2 babies and went to the gym. Need to fit back into my nurses uniform by end Oct just incase I go back then, need to shift 2 stone by then, not sure 3 mths is enough, but have a size bigger up the loft from after ds2 was born incase I don't.
Ah well, off to bed. Hope ur sweep does the trick Kell!! FX
Kell - hope bubba comes soon! I keep telling DH that it was him parking up this huge hill near the hospital rather than underneath is what made my waters break! :) but I'm sure you don't fancy walking up and down hills if its that hot!
Inglewood - good on you for doing WW. I've never really thought about doing it... I need to shift weight this time! I want to lose 2 stone. I am not worrying too much at the mo... but will definitely be onto it when Duke turns 3 months. Am looking forward to starting running again - looking forward to the me time I get when running.
Anyway - I have 2 feral children today... DS2 woke up at 5.15am this morning and was NOT going back to sleep and proceeded to wake up the rest of the house. So we're all knackered.
Duke is going really well. He's done a few 5 hour stints over night. He's feeding well and is a pretty settled and content baby! I'm really lucky I have the other 2 in childcare 2 days a week which means I get 2 days to really enjoy having a little bubba :) Loving that time!!
Anyways - hope everyone else is travelling well x

Well had a sweep an hour ago which was successful aparently, I'm 2-3 cm and her head is low. Cervix is central so it's all looking good. If nothing comes of the tightnings I've had I am being induced next Friday.

Oh exciting times kell! One of my dearest friends had her baby this week. See lives in the ilse of man. I wish she was nearer, would love to be spending my maternity leave with her. Emailed work today about going back in november I had a cry. Hmm I hate my job. But another four months off and loose my childminder? I want baby to be safe and happy. Feel awful even thinking about leaving him to go to work.

Having three over the summer is hard work! It's too hot, my biggest ran with the pram yesterday and tipped it over! I kept my cool but today my patience was a bit thin. Not sure I can face toddler group at 9am tomorrow.
