Wow a gender scan at 12 weeks, that's very early. I don't think I would trust it if I heard girl because the boy parts might just not be visible and could pop up on the next scan, lol. I know someone who found out she was having a boy at 14 wks so I suppose it is possible to tell that early.
I know I have to find out the gender before the baby is born so I can deal with any gender disappointment.

I need to be removed from the list now. I've been spotting for a week and a half and the ultrasound today showed a fetal pole of 7w 2d, even though I'm 8w 5d.

Hi hun my 13 week scan changed my date by 2 days to Aug 10th can you put me to that date please as all my others were late so this one i s bound to be too so may as well give myself the extra few days :-)
