I know you want a girl, hon, but my guess is a boy. It looks
very much like my ds3's nub, Same shape but slightly less angled.
I do hope though that in your case this nub theory is wrong.

Im seriously excited for you to get your scan.
I've only ever seen one neg us and that was from a friend over east ( NSW) but all the us i have ever seen was all proper pictures. Now I understand why I couldn't really see a thing and wondering why you only got one picture LOL!!!
Honestly I have left trying to guess nubs for months so I really can't guess.
However my gut says girl. Even before you got pregnant I guessed girl.
Im looking forward to next friday as if this was my own scan hahaha
