Yes, I DEF. think you should be eating a bit more. (I hope your glasses of milk are BIG and I don't usually give that advice LOL!!) But, if you're afraid to deviate from the IG-style foods, I don't think I can suggest anything because you prob. won't want to eat it. Just know that I do not believe you need to eat anywhere near this restricted a diet to sway pink and you can relax and eat more if you want.
Can you find matzo there? They are a low-sodium, low protein cracker bread and they're a good and quick way to round out some of these meals.
