@cosmo I (well my husband) found out about DS1 like this. I POS in the morning before work while DH was still asleep, got a BFN and left it out and rushed to work. DH calls me hours later saying "why didn't you wake me up to tell me you're pregnant?" So he got to surprise ME with the news. I've always checked my tests hours later just to be sure for this exact reason.

I have a very detailed log of my symptoms. The one thing that tops them ALL is frequent bowel movements. Ever since CD14 (O day), I get up between 1-2AM like clockwork with a VERY full bladder and BM. I visit the toilet more times than I can count during the day. It is nuts.My hunger increased drastically and I crave red meat. There's other details, I'll share by DPO once I confirm this.Quote:

I haven'y updated my OPK thread on the boards until bfp or AF, but it was never determined when I O'd lol. Testing upon AF due date or late even, should be safest.
PS. A line is forming on the dollar store test, but it is way faint and I can't photograph it yet. Let's see if it gets darker lol.

@Robin , AF is due Monday. My LP is 14-16 days long, never longer. I did take a test this morning and I see a very faint line, nothing I can photograph. I just have to sit tight and wait to see what Monday brings lol.

I'll be moving onto the February 2WW thread. I had my first positive opk yesterday, which was also the day my DS2 had surgery to remove his adenoids, tonsils, and lip tie. Needless to say, I threw up last night when coming down from all of the stress, and my DH slept with my DS2 off and on. It just didn't feel right to BD, and I'm pretty sure I already ovulated based on my temp this morning. At least I have time now to regroup diet wise.
FX we see more BFPs!!

Hubby i think your chart has updated and want to reassure you that you still stand a chance even if its not the one big one you want. I had a positive OPK Wednsday but didnt ovulate until saturday per my first ultrasound and the last time we had dtd was thursday..the time before that tuesday..looking at your chart it looks like you ovulated yesterday or today and you have a nice temp rice indicating to me that its over and done with and you should have some nice amount of XX sperm up trying to get to that egg! The stress and worry should also sway pink since its emotional/maternal stress.

My second line is a lot darker, but I'm having a little spotting. I'm really hoping it's nothing. I know people have bleeding with their BFP sometimes, but I haven't before...

I brought out some contrast to make it visible to the camera, otherwise it is very tough to see it.
Ovulation on CD16 would make perfect sense for me and my history. I found very bloody discharge on CD17 and it wasn't fresh, so it was most definitely from O considering the pain I experienced. I don't think it takes 3 whole days for Ovulation bleeding to make its way down, 1 day makes more sense, but who knows.
Assuming I did O on CD16 and implanted on 9dpo (my temps did dip that day lol), then it explains why I'm not seeing darker lines yet. That was only 3 days ago! :holysheep: If I O'd on CD14, then I implanted on 11dpo, still 3 days ago. I felt very light headed and almost dizzy that day as well as restless legs for 2 days, which I only had when I was PG with DD. It didn't occur to me that there could be implanting going on that day, I'm glad I took note of every possible symptom. haha!

Cos- What kind of digital do you have? is it a clearblue with weeks estimator? If so tomorrow you should take it IMO...i was 7-8 DPO when i got my positive. I thought i was 10-11 DPO or i wouldnt have even tested but dates say i was 7-8 lol Any other kind of digi i do not have experience with and i would not say to do...I know from my HCG levels at the start of this pregnancy that the clearblue with weeks estimator gave me a positive 1-2 weeks result with a level of 10-15. I was extremely impressed.
For reference! I can attest the numbers are accurate and also a few others that are due around the time i am or DDG after mine as i frequented these much more back then giving hope and spreading the good news about these digitals :) they should pay me to sponsor them at this point lol..id be way more than happy to do so with how awesome they are. I had beta hCG's and these tests that i took all at the same time and they always matched up to these numbers/ranges perfectly

I took one today and it was negative, but it was like my 3rd urine of the day and even my FMU is diluted due to me drinking fluids until bedtime. I'm not sure what the heck made me do such a silly thing but hey. LOL! I'll do the second one once AF is late. That's $30 for two. I can't afford such an addiction haha
If there was implantation on 11dpo then hcg doubling would go something like this:

It is cheaper to wait until 16dpo or 17dpo I think. I want to see the dollar store test get a bit darker. If the line just disappears then I'll save it for next cycle :) If my 10miu sensitive IC's are not showing up positive yet, I know for sure I'm on the low end of things. I do have frozen HCG solution in the freezer, I should have tested all of the sticks to have a master control to compare for each brand. That is genius. Too late now LOL.

I'm 12dpo and that was with FMU! I'm really hoping this one is sticky!

Cosmosis, 11 dpo is a bit late for implantation to occur...it can happen but usually occurs day 6-8 dpo so i think your calculations are slightly off. Fingers crossed for you!
Yes, it was quick I really think I owe it to having my attempt two days before +opk. Actually, I learned at my D&C that my uterus is retroverted, which it hadn't been before. I wonder if that is why I need the earlier attempt. Just a theory. Anyway, I got my period three weeks after the D&C (mid-Dec) and conceived that cycle.Quote:

Well I'm either 2-3dpo. I could have ovulated on either CD13 or CD14 based on temps, CM, opks, and symptoms. I feel I have a decent shot this cycle with our attempts. I'll be testing sometime between the 17th-19th.

Cosmosis, my food tastes changed right before my BFP with DS2. I suddenly HATED foods that I ate all the time.

I'm hoping you will get your BFP in a few days, Cosmosis! I had HUGE food aversions with DS2. My DH couldn't make coffee at our house, I couldn't drink it either, cooking anything in our house was out of the question. My poor DH had to cook grilled chicken in our garage in sub zero temps, haha!
