It may not be exact but I just count the day after positive OPK as O day and then start counting dpo from then on.

You can use OPK or track your BBT to confirm ovulation so you know if you’re really waiting or not.

Hiya, I’ve done both this month,confirmed O at CD20 and temps still high. My LP is usually 13-15 days so just waiting for a day or 2 to test so I don’t get disheartened by a BFN [emoji17]Quote:

Out for two months (cause of DH's job and I was sick this August so the attempt is out). Disappointed it didn't work too. Wanted a spring baby for a change. Also it's a bit hard to understand a BFN on the blue sway since you're supposed to get yourself more fertile. Can't understand how I can get BFP's on one attempt and dieting and only a string of BFN with multiple attempts and more meals a day than I dare count :think:Quote:
