Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas!!

I finally got my positive opk on Christmas Eve, a week late, so we’ve officially had our attempt - I’m expecting a temp rise in the morning. Extremely awkward as we’ve had my brother staying the last few days so he’s had to know what going on and it’s been much harder to do really good final push on diet etc - so I’m a bit worried about that, but pleased that we were able to get our attempts in despite constant terror about possibility of interruption by our children and cousins!!! The timing literally could not have been worse - I’m sure my body knew and is laughing at me!

How many attempts did you have? And in what time frame regarding OPk?

Temp up this morning as expected, which means my attempts were a rather enthusiastic O-2, O-1, twice on ovulation day and a single attempt morning of O+1. I kept thinking my opks were turning (when they weren’t) hence so many attempts! We’ve also been DTD every 2-4 days since AF.

I can now have a breather for a few days!!!

Good luck with your sways! Those attempts sound great. I’m on CD 14 today and haven’t peaked yet, but we’ve been BDing every couple days so hopefully we’ll have multiple attempts around ovulation.

Those attempts sounds promising! It’s exactly the same as what me and DH did when we last conceived and by gods will it was a boy!

We’re following the same right now. I’m on CD9 we’re doing our usual BD pattern of every 2-4 days. Waiting to get some positive opk signs and also try for O-2, O-1 and O day.

The last time I used the Clear blue opk I got 3 days of a flashing smiley and then my Peak.
Was each cycle diff for you ? Do you usually get peak on the same days or around?

I used to get 3 days flashing and then peak. This month it was the swaying minth and i did not get any flashing! And by this i couldnt start my bedding from O-2 abd we ended up doing multiple attempts after +OPK.

That ALWAYS seems to happen! just do your best in any given month!

Hey ladies. Hope we all have been well.

Well, am out this month. AF came on CD30. I never am late with AF. This is the strangest AF of my life, very scanty, was feeling kind of dry on AF 3rd day.

We'll see how it goes, my second attempt will be February.

I don’t think I’ll be conceiving this month. I am now on Cd 11 I have tons and tons of CM and EWCM around my fertile days, but right now I barely have anything. But I’ll wait to see in the next few days. It’s always in the TTC month where things flip flop!!!!

This cycle was very frustrating - last cycle I had two days of flashing, then peak on CD16. This month I had ten days of flashing and finally had my positive on CD23, so a week later than normal! The anticipatory waiting was really difficult, I thought it would be an anovulatory cycle, was soooo relieved to finally see the positive OPK!

Afya don't give up - I was exactly the same, the issue was simply a very delayed ovulation - my EWCM did arrive in the end!

I think the reason can be the food and diet we have when it comes to swaying month.

the HE Diet should make MORE mucus not less!

I’m panicking now. I always have lots of mucus every cycle and this cycle I have nothing [emoji31][emoji31][emoji31]. I’ve been doing everything as I normally do.

Afya, try to relax and keep on having attempts. Your ovulation could be delayed or this might not be a month with lots of ecwm for you. You did say earlier that you had a bit of cold. Just try to relax and keep having attempts. Good luck to you and lots of blue dust your way.

I am 11DPO today and HGC test is negative. if I don't get anybpositive tomorrow, I will enter next cycle on Friday most probably.

Looks like I ended up with O-6, O-3, O-1, O, and O+1 for my attempts. I was trying for O-2 instead of O-3, but with BDing every 2-3 days that’s just the way it worked out. Plus my LH levels and fertile signs were completely different this month. I also had a ton of cramping all week for some reason. That seems to be how things work. Lol I did ovulate with the full moon though so maybe that will be lucky (if you believe in that stuff).

A lot of people notice more cramping with blue sways. Some of us who have all boys (myself very much included) have a lot of O pain before, during, and after O just normally.

Today i got a faint line on HCG TEST. first month TCC and today CD28. I had positive OPK between CD15 and CD17 and i had ovulation pain on CD-16 night.

Awwwww congratulations! Excited for you. It’s so nice seeing BFPS! So that’s our first BFP so far? Hopefully more to come.

I’ve finally got my usual O pains and EWCM coming through. I got a darker line on the Wondfo today and another flashy smiley.
DH and I were completely out of it and super tired last night so we ended up Dtd this morning as oppose to yesterday.
So that makes it O-4, O-1 for us so far, that’s if I get a PEAK tomorrow otherwise today is O-2 for us. I feel quite bummed about missing last night but hopefully we’ll save energy for the multiple BDS once I get my peak.

I got also surprised this month by OPK since I didn't have any flashy smiley day. I got two same color lines on my CD15 and peak on CD16 and ovulation pain CD16-night.
We ended BDing on CD4, Cd6, CD9, CD12, CD15-morning, CD15-night, CD16-noon, CD17-noon.

according to my ovulation pain i guess ovulation happened on CD16-night to CD-17 morning but my Femometer IVy says Ovulation happened on CD17 Morning. So Hopefully we have got 3 attempts for the BFP.

You definitely got your attempt in the micro window. That’s what I’m really trying to aim for.

I could possible get a peak tomorrow morning, so far I’ve had 3 days of flashy smiley. The Wondfo is dark but not dark as or more than the control line. So let’s see, the apps are saying O day is 1st or 2nd Jan. So I’m going to try and hit it tomorrow and the day after. Basically do everyday from tomorrow.

Feeling a little let down with our attempts, don’t think we got enough in.

We BD’ every 2-4 days and for the micro window we did O-3, O-1, morning of Opk and next day again. And tomorrow we will Dtd hopefully all goes well.

So I got a peak and darker test line on 1st Jan (CD 14) and lots EWCM so could have O’d 2nd Jan?

Does it mean today I am 1DPO?

Your attempts sound like mine and I’m hoping we got enough attempts in too. I’m pretty sure you’d be 1DPO today if you got your positive on Jan 1st. I’m having cramping that I think might be implantation and am only 5DPO today so I guess we shall see.

When I conceived my DS I had this constant pinching type of feeling on my right ovary side. And constant cramping, I was about 4-5dpo too. At that point I wasn’t sure if I was pregnant but at 12-13dpo it was confirmed.

You never know, it could be implantation.

I was hoping to do O-2 and get a morning and night BD on the day of OPK but it wasn’t happening. Ahhhh let’s see, it’s going to be a little wait.
My sixth sense tells me I’ll be Ttc again next month.

That’s exactly what I felt! It started last night. The cramping was more like stretching than my period cramps, but I could just be symptom spotting. Trying not to get my hopes up so I’ll just wait and see. And I was also hoping to get O-2 and another on O morning, but my OPK was weird this month and didn’t get as high as it usually does so I thought I’d peak the next morning and never did. Luckily we had done it at O-3 and O-1 or I’d be more concerned. Good luck! Hoping you get your BFP!

Lovely to hear all this. Did you feel any implantation type of cramping or any early early symptoms l??
I remember feeling twinges on my right side and mild cramping around 4-5dpo, and later on pregnancy was confirmed..

I am now 2DPO, but I really don’t wanna be symptom spotting and driving myself crazy just want to keep busy


And Thank you Jazmin, when will you be attempting?? I just had all of my attempts, I’m on the every other day BD pattern for now. I Got a Peak on 1st Jan and possible Ovulation on 2nd Jan. If I don’t get a BFP most likely I may not, ill be re attempting this month again, Should be be ovulating around 29th Jan.

Atomic - pls can you advise on weaning off supplements / switching to pregnancy prenatal care? I stopped CoQ10 at ovulation as we ran out, but still taking approx 2,000ug folic acid per day, centrum woman’s one a day and 500mg fish oil.
