FX Cinss when do you expect to ovulate?
Whats your plan for this cycle? :)
I actually don't have a plan anymore, my plan for the past 4 months have failed. I am kind of taking a leaf out of your book and almost giving up on swaying. We had so many bills etc lately that i have basically run out of supps except for folic acid, vit D and fish oil :( DP and i have been stressed and fighting more than normal, so our every second day BD routine has gone out the window :( And on top of that when i am stressed i don't eat, so guess what i haven't been doing? Oh well i have come to terms with my sway failing, i was actually swaying boy for DP because he has 3 daughters and i only have 1, so i would actually love another daughter, but right now i would just love to be pg, but if the fighting continues that just isn't going to happen this time either :(
Sometimes throwing it all out the windows can do wonders ;)
Sorry your having a rough time of it atm Cinss, we've got dire finance problems atm aswell, mortgage company 48hrs away from starting reposession but luckily we are due a healthy cheque in the next few days so we can clear half of our arrears with them so securing the house again, its just mainly been bad money management on my part, I wrote it all down and cancelled everything we didn't need, swapped suppliers, rang the banks who were actually really helpful?!! It drags the house down when moneys bad doesn't it:hugs:
Skrimpy, Honor is gooorgeous:HH: And I hope you get the house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just a quick hello to chitchat and dloui, we haven't 'met' I don't think yet:) And Dloui, congrats on your bfp!!!!!!!!!!!! I may be sneaking back onto this thread officialy in about 6 months time but I have to convert the loft first! its a promise I made to the kids, no more babies until I have somewhere to put them lol!!!!!!!!!
Cinss, I hope things get better for you and your DP. Stress is awful during swaying--my DH and I rarely fight (we bicker often, but no yelling or being hurtful) and we had 2 really huge FIGHTS during the months we were swaying. We haven't had a fight since we had our BFP.
ELP, I totally understand the money issues! We are there too. DH is finally getting work again, so hpefully things will get better for both of us!
ELP, thanks for the welcome, hello too. Did you sway for your latest boy? I'm hoping to sway blue over the next few months :-)
ELP I hope things improve for you guys x
Hey everyone. Hope you all had a Happy Easter :)
chitchat, when I first started the diet and supps I bought a ph tester and was so paranoid about trying to get my pH up. Now, I couldn't care less and I don't think it matters at all. Preseed should bring it up to a 7 anyway so I would just try that.
Skrimpy, what a gorgeous little girl you have there! Fingers crossed you get the house. I was actually thinking about you the other day. I've been doing tupplers (made me think of you!) and thought I would recheck your blog and see how you're doing. Are you still wearing the support belt? I'm going to get my butt into gear and buy the belt and book as the exercises themselves aren't doing much.
Cinss, sorry to hear things are so tough for you right now. I am in total agreeance with the swaying stuff. I feel bad for DH because he still thinks I am doing the diet hard core. I am so over it at the moment. I just want a baby.
ELP, hopefully things get better for you guys soon too! And you might be back here again soon?!
I've been having a lot of cramps the last few days, not sure what's going on there. Still getting strong + hpts. Only time in my life I want to see negatives! (oh apart from when I'm testing out the hcg trigger).
What is causing the + tests Bec? Have you been having your bloods taken too?
girlmom - how are you and bub?
ASF coming up to 16 weeks this week. It is going fast!
I still have hcg in my system. I have read it can take weeks to go back to down to 0. I haven't had any bloods done as my OB didn't want us to start TTC til I had my checkup with him, which is in 3 weeks. Guess I will have to wait, very impatiently!
16 weeks already!!
Ah I see xx
Hey everyone,
Skrimpy, Honor is a doll! Will be KFX you get the house!!! And exciting that you may be ttc earlier than you planned!
ELP, so sorry for the money stresses.....I think a ton of us have been there or are there now.....just take it one day at a time and get things resolved the best you can, and thank goodness for the money you know is coming in, right? Hope David and kids are all well! xoxo
Cinss, I think that there may be certain things you can see fit to drop if you are not conceiving. I'm not sure what your current plan is (and if you want to lay it out, I can tell you what I'd drop), but I wouldn't start getting concerned just yet.....another few months and I would maybe get an appt with your doctor to just check things out. Did you conceive your others easily? And by the way, SO not meaning to freak you out....sometimes it just takes time to get pg....I know tons of friends who took up to a year and it just was that way.
Kris, your profile photo is so cute!!! I love the red theme! She is adorable!
Stinks that you have to wait that long to ttc, Bec.....wonder why your body is still so full of hcg? I guess it hasn't been that long. I'm sorry, honey. I know waiting is hard especially when you want to jump back on it right away.
Chitchat, my opinion is that the baking soda is not necessary. The whole purpose is to raise your ph, which has been dis-proven as something that sways. When you drink it, it is supposed to change your ph from the inside out, which affects your cm ph more, and the finger is to give your vag a little ph boost when dtd. Thing is, ph doesn't sway, so it's not really worth it. IF you really want to try it and are hard-core like someone else mentioned, you can, but it does burn your cooch a little and it really isn't that good for you. Baking soda is not meant for humans to consume large amounts of. There have been lots of boy moms here who tested ph like crazy and theirs was low....it just isn't consistent enough evidence to really matter. Both sperm thrive in a 7-ish ph, but can do just fine in lower ph. Personally, I think it can kill the sperm when you put it up the vag with the finger sometimes, which is no good.
POP, how are you doing?
Flava, I bet you just had one of those fluke little bleeds that is no big deal, thank goodness!!!!!
I haven't wanted to drop anything really you can see what i have been doing on my blog, the things i have dropped from there are EPO and Ural, i just have run out of most of my supps and can't afford to restock if you know what i mean, so for this month i am only taking fish oil, folic acid, vit D. Eating eggs for breakfast, bananas and red meat, i know my sway has fallen off the wagon, and i am ok with it. The first time i fell pg 1st month trying i didn't even have 1 period after coming off the pill, that ended in a m/c unfortunatly, then the next time i fell pg first month trying, so i guess i just thought it would work out the same way, but i know it can take much longer.
Still camping and only have signal cause we drove to get supplies. Still no O but got some EWCM today so hopefully soon. Cycles are getting looooong!!
Hi POP i was wondering how you were going. Goodluck for the bush baby :)
PoP I miss you!
Lola, I think it is normal for there still to be some hcg left. If I have to wait, then I have to wait, not much I can do about it. How are you doing?
Cinns, like Lola said, you could always see a doctor just to make sure everything is ok?
PoP, hopefully you O soon :) Hope you are having a nice time.
Dloui, how are you going? Have you had any bloods done yet?
GL Pop!
Lola- thanks.I have spotting again today same pink like last time. No clue what is this well see.
Wow 8 weeks already Flava! x
Oh, I'll check out your blog....I am bad about reading those! Well, I really think that what you are doing is still good, and you aren't taking anything crazy or too much of it. Trust me, I know how it feels to think it will happen easily. I got pg without even ttc with the girls, and then 2 years of nothing now except a couple m/c. I think it's a good idea to relax a bit and see what happens, and then maybe think about the doctor in another few months. So not trying to freak you out, just think the doc can give you some peace of mind and reassure you that it can take a while sometimes.
Flava, hope the spotting and MS settle down. And 8 weeks! Time flies.
Bec, nothing like having to wait! Sorry, hun. I never tested mine after the 10wk m/c, but we waited 3 months to ttc again, so I bet it was gone by then. Well, obviously it was since I've had nothing but bfns since then. :sigh: Are you going back on Clomid and all in a couple months? I'm good, just waiting for DH's appt with the urologist on the 20th and we'll see what our options are for the natural ttc for now. I am hoping he gives him some man Clomid and that helps the count. I'm a little worried what that will cost since he'd have to take 1 a day all month, and I remember mine was $30 for just 5 pills, but eh, I guess we'll cross that bridge after the appt.
Flava, I'm sorry you still have it.....have you gone to the doc? Not to be Little Miss Go-To-the-Doctor today, but maybe they could do an u/s and just give you some peace of mind too?
Feeling pg yet, Dloui?
Have fun on vaca, POP! Come back knocked up, please!
I feel really bloated, someone told me that with every pregnancy you have you show faster, is that true? I feel like I already have a little pot belly.
I hope the urologist gives you good news Lola :)
Flava I hope the MS calms down for you, I really hope I don't get it
lola- I don't have a doc to go anyway Im with a birth center and midwife. They will send me on 2 u/s at 12 weeks and 18 or 20 Im not sure.
yeah still have damn m/s hating it...
Oh I see your DH going to the doc .So they can give him something like clomid? I did not know that. hopefully it will work!
Dloui, that is so true. I felt like I looked pg about 10 minutes after I took the hpt last time around (m/c #2). Just go with it and let people give you seats on the bus and free cookies at the grocery store longer, kwim?
Thanks, I hope he does, too! I know my DH will be intimidated when he meets the guy because he is not much older than my DH and is pretty hot. LOL
dloui-you just feel like you have a pot belly? That's good I do have a BIG one because of the damn diet
Im sure everyone is tired reading about how I hate to be fat but what can i do this is so not me. I feel like someone else!
Ehh no and the midwife is telling me to use sea-band and stupid things like that. Nothing like this ever help me. Im sure she really don't have any idea about real m/s or she would give me some damn mads!
Anyway Im only going with the birth center because I don't have a choice! I switched to the last time so I don't have to have a c/s and same reason I go there again.
For me nothing is good about labor pain I loved the epidural with DD2 !
Did you have both DD3 and 4 naturally then? I am scared of it, but want to try it some day. I'm scared of the pain when they come out, that ring of fire thing.
Not surprised your mw is giving you only natural stuff! The sea bands worked alright for me. I just had to take a nap everyday and eat little bits here and there and I ate a lot of ginger candies and such. I never took the drugs either, but should have with #1 because I lost 15lbs by 14wks and wanted to just be put out of my misery. My doc was trying to tell me then that I had to gain a pound a week or I'd go in the hospital, and I was like WHERE IS THE PHENERGREN, B!t&H? Your mw probably doesn't know what it's like, you are so right. Hope it eases up for you soon, though. And don't feel bad about whining about the pot belly, I am still 40lbs up and feel like a gross beluga whale.
lola- I had #1 natural and never wanted more kids ....so DD2 came 6 years later with epidural that was great I just watched tv and waited.
DD3 was a c/s and of course in lovely US they wanted DD4 to be a c/s too for no reason at all just because I had one already.
So i went to have a home birth because after a c/s you can't have a birth in a birth center but you can have at home with them. (so stupid huh?)
Yeah it hurts but this was the first time I did not need a cut not even a tear on me and was my biggest baby!
No one is yelling at you counting in you ears or telling you to hurry up ect. so it's good.
I would take meds for the m/s but i don't have any!
