November 2013 babies!

I was thinking the same thing, bythe******... the odds of having 7 boys in a row?? That has to be off the charts as far as the odds.

BabyGirl4me - i had a quick look at your skull and it is a bit blurry to be certain but for me i would lean definitely lean girl.....but you must know by now what your having!!! Cant wait to find out and hoping you have got your little girl growing :) xxx

Hi Ladies! Yes it is a girl! Thanks all of you soooo much for the love and support here. I have a few stories to share with all of you:

DH and I went for lunch right before the scan (a very late lunch) and there was a table with 4 girls by us! I was wondering if that was a sign that I had to have a boy to balance it out, or a sign that I was having a girl...I wasn't sure but that made me nervous. Anyway, you know how sometimes you worry that there are not enough of your DG to go around that you always have to have opposites to balance out - not true. There ARE enough boys and girls to go around no matter the family make up of other people. :)

When we went to the scan, we learned all kinds of things about u/s in general. The tech we went to teaches u/s and does high risk pg scanning. She said she doesn't buy into the skull theory at all (so Lizzie - please breathe a sigh of relief)

We also visited DH's family this weekend and one of them just had a baby boy less than 2 weeks ago, so he's brand new. Well, I forgot just how bitty and snuggly and wonderful newborn babies are. I wish all of our sways worked but even for the ones that didn't, remember the "silver lining" I guess is being able to hold and rock a tiny little newborn. They just make your heart melt. <3 Hope all is well with all of you ladies and your little beans. :HH:

I totally hear you on the are there going to be enough girls for all of us, etc, etc. (I know this is crazy talk, but it is something we all consider-non?) Yes, plenty for everyone to go around!!!

I am having a bit of anxiety today. Just getting to the point where I need some closure I think. I really do think I am having a boy and have adjusted to that fact... I think at this point I think it is just nerves about dealing with gender disappointment if I think I am ok, but not? I don't even know what I am worked up about at this point, but so happy I have you girls to talk about my cray-zies with!

I know what you mean about the anxiety Lizzie, I have actually been fine with the whole gender thing this whole pregnancy until the last few days. I just want to know one way or the other now. Only just over 2 weeks until I will.
