Yes.
swish, they sell it in Boots!
I tried 2 boots today and they didn't stock it. They had replens. Might have to try again tomorrow! Thanks!
We had a BBQ today so I read just about every packet in the vegetarian sections in Tesco and I was amazed at how much protein was in some of them - like 18g in a vege sausage or burger, wow! Of course a lot of them are made from soya too. I ended up with a really yummy burger made with vegetables and white breadcrumbs, so here's me for today:
Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: vegeburger with white bread roll, new potatoes with mayonnaise, salad with balsamic and a big flat mushroom from the BBQ. Raspberry sorbet and some tutti fruttis for pudding.
Dinner: Rice with 1/2 jar kids pasta sauce. Strawberries and sweetener for pudding.
Snack: I think I'm going to have an iced bun!
I'm way under on protein for today, only about 25g, but I'll probably leave it because I've been just over 40 the past couple of days and I'm good for calories and sodium. Really pleased with today, it was all yummy :D
Sounds like a really yummy day, Zanacal! I think the trick to following this diet long term is to find allowable treats. I went out for lunch today and the only thing I could find on the menu that wasn't swimming in sodium or protein was a berry crepe. It was just a plain crepe wrapped around fresh berries with a slight drizzle of strawberry syrup on top. It was pretty tasty, though I spent the whole meal ogling ds's fries :).
Ooh, that sounds good too! I agree with you, I actually feel like I could follow this diet long-term with the way I'm eating now.
Hi ladies,
I too was out today but managed to persuade my mum to eat in a place that had jacket potatoes, I had one with cottage cheese. It was lovely!!
For dinner I had gf pasta with butternut squash, strawberries with meringue and a little froZen yogurt
I also had a marshmallow sweet and a couple of liquorice sweets during the day. Not a bad day but I'm still feeling miserable as no ov!!! What is all that about I'm on cd 22!!!!!!!!:hair:
You must be so frustrated swish. Just keep telling yourself that it's a good thing your body is reacting differently this cycle and it'll be worth it for your baby girl x
Well said, zanacal! I'm sorry too, Swish it must be so hard to wait so long.
Thank you!:happy:It is frustrating but at the moment I'm trying to stop myself from thinking something's wrong and I won't ovulate. I'm sure it'll be fine just have to keep on bding!!!!
