Me too! I usually don't eat until about noon. I find cereal much easier to eat in the morning but oatmeal really good for boy sways.

Hi all - I'm actually loving the HE diet! I don't feel full all the time - I think it's because I mainly use my juices as my carbs. Have you tried that? If you have a lovely big steak and a glass of fresh orange juice and some avocado salad, you really don't feel stuffed. Or maybe I have a bigger appetite than you!
Tm29- once a day is good. I try to alternate from spinach egg omelets one day & oatmeal with blueberries and flax/chia seeds the other. I make myself eat a small snack size bowl of cereal before bed every night.
Just once like Midwest said. I eat oatmeal or cereal every morning. I also eat yogurt or cereal before bed. I'm so glad you're doing well tm29!
Another good breakfast idea- apple with Peanut butter.. its filling and full of good nutrients..
Apple with pb is one of my main snacks here too Newbee.

Today I've found myself getting hunger pains which I never felt before. Maybe I'm adjusting to it... but worried I'm going to start to pack on a lot of pounds. :omg:
I have found if I don't eat or have a big enough snack every three hours I begin feeling sick. That's a new thing for me. I've been on the diet since January. I'll have to try the pb with Apple, sounds good. Apparently avocado with celery is also good.
Thats interesting Boysway...will try that Celery and avocado.. I love both....also I am getting heart palpitations...due to so much potassium...anyone dealing with that??
