Mine was bright red when wiping only then turned brown and chunky.
Brown is usually old blood so that is good at least!

Yes it'll be my 1st appointment. I've just read mixed things on the spotting. It's not from implantation because I wouldn't still have it. I've been spotting for 8 days now.
Try not to read too much online about it. Everyone's experience is different. I bet you're little bean in safely in planted in your uterus! My Dr today said that bleeding has become soooooo common. That's why they aren't worried about it much. I spotted with 5 out of 6 pregnancies so far.
PS would you people please all put tickers in your signature? I love to watch the progress. Then I won't have to keep asking how many weeks you are over the next several months! :)
I'm trying not to read too much into it, but it's hard not to when I'm not used to spotting at all during pregnancy. It's just not normal for me.

I guess I can take my ovulation chart off now. Although I do get questions every now and then about my chart when I got my BFP...maybe I'll take it down after the first trimester is over. I just don't want to jinx anything, YK?!
