Another Q. To build up a good sperm supply how often is best for hubby to be releasing? Every day, 2nd day or less frequently?

TTC5- for best sperm count I'd say every 2nd day. But we have been dtd every other day after AF and everyday after +opk. We want to get pregnant lol. Gender is becoming less important to me. Last cycle on my chemical we dtd 3 days in a row. HTH

I have heard sperm replenish every 36 hours!

Thank you!!!! Baby dust for all of you who are trying this month. I know it is a very strong positive for 11 dpo, with DD2 it was very faint and my period was already late. FX for blue.
