HI Ladies, not been on here for a while, tried to do the 60 mins cardio but the summer holidays got the way, am hoping to start easing myself back into it again this week. How is everyone doing? Any little pink bundles since i last visited? x
Finished mine about an hour ago! I try to do first thing in the AM. I woke up at about 5:30, but so did my three boys. So I think I'm just going to stick to naptime. It's at 11am every day. So that gives me an hour to do my exercise and then it puts me at noon to eat. =)
Well done ladies. I've been trying to get the exercise going again. Not doing too well at the moment but I'll get there!

I had to do the pcos diet and didnt find it too bad my eating habbits from tge diet cintinued into pregnancy. Tgink i had a healthuwr pregbancy from it.
it was the exercise i struggled with

I was doing brilliantly, felt it wasn't an effort etc, for five months, then life threw some stress at me and I "relaxed" the diet. Which is fine except that I keep "relaxing" the no snacking rule now too, and am definitely cheating more :-(
