hgmama, I checked and it looks like if you have been on the diet awhile and especially if you are older (I'm 39) odds with one vs two attempts ttc girl are nearly identical and it may be very helpful to do 2 attempts to conceive. that is what i did this cycle.
atomic reassured me that 2 attempts still sway pink if you have relaxed a bit on diet and exercise

As for the drinks do not stress on it! I too had zero hope of a bfp and drank an entire bottle of wine at 9dpo. I was 100% convinced I wouldn't be pregnant and then once I got that bfp at 10dpo (I only tested to use up my very last frer or I wouldn't have bothered) I was 100% convinced I would miscarry again. I'd been drinking 2-3 full strength coffees a day and had stopped taking prenatal 2 weeks prior so I was convinced that there was no way this pregnancy would make it. After this, I honestly believe if the pregnancy is healthly and doesn't send up red flags to the body that somethings wrong then the pregnancy will survive regardless of what we do in these very early stages. Shrug it off and enjoy it as your last night of drinkies for the next year because you my dear friend ARE PREGNANT [emoji322][emoji322][emoji322][emoji322][emoji322]

I’m on my 6 weeks summer break at the moment (teacher) so I’ve just been chilling out and I have to say, having wine pretty much every night. I think a lot of us accidentally drink while pregnant. With my soon-to-be four-year-old I had wine, blue cheese, different kinds of seafood I wasn't supposed to have, and inhaled smoke from a fireplace just before finding out about him. He is a healthy and smart kiddo.
