I had short lp issues as well, in July my lp was only 7 days. With atomic help and advice from lots of knowledgeable ladies on this site I made changes and got pregnant the next cycle. For me I had to introduce 4-6 eggs per week, daily diary and one portion of red meat per week. I also had to make sure I was at the upper end of the calories and fat and protein levels of the le diet. I think breast feeding and cardio plus very low calorie intake ( under the minimum for le) was too much for my body. I also did not realise that certain vegetables are free and not included in your totals so I was well under. I had to make lots of changes that were more blue friendly but I was not going to get pregnant any other way. As atomic would say not getting pregnant, you don't have any chance of desired gender. If I could do it over again, I would stick to the upper limits of the diet due to cardio and breast feeding, if I had done this my cycles may not have gone wacky and I would not have to repair the damage done by making more blue friendly choices. I actually found the short lp the most frustrating part of trying to conceive, I felt like I was doing everything but not even getting a chance to get pregnant.
