Hmmm...
Mother in law decided to come by and treat us for lunch (GAH!)...
Breakfast: coffee with soy milk.
Lunch: (went out for lunch, sigh...) Jacket potato with quorn mince (holy high protein) veggie chilli (there was no beans in it...) and sauteed mushrooms, no butter added to it, a few of my husband's fries/chips, and a salad that I don't think had any dressing on it whatsoever. I also had some of my son's hummus... :sigh:
Dinner: a smaller than 1/4 pack of that Tagliatelli verdi (so not bad in any of the categories... but the mince from lunch DOOMED ME for the day... wait until you see my number totals...) with creme fraiche, green beans, and plain canned tomatoes.
Two rice cakes with about 1 teaspoon's worth of nutella on each.
Calories: 872
Protein: 48 (at least! :sigh:
Fat: 20 (obviously, could be more as only using rough estimates using my fitness pal with what I ate out at a pub today...)
Sodium: 22 (HAHA... yeah right... that is DEFINITELY not right!
So, way too low on calories, but through the roof in protein. How do I balance this out? I have no candy in the house! :( I guess just leave it.
