Suregena, nice temp rise there! Get bloods drawn I say!!!
I think my body is a cruel, cruel thing!
Dannikins, such a beautiful little girl! You waited to find out, right? (I can't remember) What a beautiful surprise!!!
Ribbons, just looked at your blog, and the food looks so yummy...dumb question bout what does WAPF stand for? I may have even misspelled it! And I can't believe you have that much time/effort to make delicious wholesome meals with MS!!
Yeah, I just went and looked too - seriously yummy (except for the meat stuff, which I don't eat... however that Thai soup looks DIVINE so I'll forget for a moment it includes fish and may come up with a vegetarian alternative for when I can eat normally again! :P)
WAPF stands for "Weston A Price Foundation" (westonaprice.org)... it's a traditional way of eating that stays away from processed foods and focuses on whole, organic products directly from the source. A lot of WAPFers are small farmers - large gardens, raise chickens, goats etc. Very different guidelines from modern eating - high fat (much of it saturated), high protein, low carb, lots of butter :) ie - exactly OPPOSITE of LE, I don't think you could get more opposite. I hope that worked in my favor!!!
Trust me, the m/s has DEFINITELY kept me from cooking as much :) I'm posting recipes like once a week now (normally I'd be posting daily!) It's easing up a bit, though, thankfully.
