She does, both tech's said two girls, my mom and aunts want to go out and buy girl stuff and I keep telling them they need to wait I feel like it will jinx it lol
How exciting miss!!!! I'm sure they are right but maybe get a 15week gender scan just for confirmation ! P.s would not hurt to buy a couple pink things X

Thank you Kitkat, I am just so nervous I dont even think I will be able to believe I have a girl if I do until I deliver. I just want to know already though even if it will be hard to believe if I have a girl :/ . My family wont even say that there might be a boy or boys, that makes it much harder because I feel like I have to have a girl. I really hope the nub guesses are rite!

Just got back from my NT scan, dr said everything is looking good so far. According to my chart in 11w5d, but I ovulated on CD21 and my dr is going from my LMP so he has my due date a full week earlier tan I do, lol. My first scan cooberated my dating. This one was funny bc instead of measuring 11w5d I measured 12w1d. So a full three days difference. I think this just one big baby. No nub clues and I was concentrating on the screen like my life depended on it. The tech did tell me that I ovulated from my right side, though.

Belleboi, glad the scan went well. Bub was measuring 4 days ahead by my last scan but we have kept the initial date.
So far with the nub guesses mostly all g/b, I am going nuts I just want to know lol yesss I am obsessing! Haha
I really hope you can get a private scan miss. It's killing me not knowing bubs gender for sure, my scan isn't till March 2nd. I would be obsessing much more if I were having twins, lol.

How can they tell what side you ovulated from? It seems like such a long time ago to leave any "traces" on a scan?

I know I'm so randomly on here to post, but I always read up on you all and I'm always thinking of you all.
AFM- had our big anatomy scan on Monday and yes, she is still a girl! It really has finally set in. He an OB appt today also and she said all is well and everything looks good. I do have a marginal placenta Previa...just slightly close othe cervix, but she beleives it will be fine by the time baby is due. I'm really excited, now and I finally believe I can buy girl things. I will post pics of the clear potty shot once I figure it out here later on this afternoon. I was so nervous before seeing the evidence...she is definitely missing the little rocket I've grown accustomed to seeing after all of my boys. I think my husband finally beleives. I think he secretly wanted a girl more than me. He never said a lot about it, but I can tell he's pretty happy about it in his quiet way.

i think the corpus luteum sticks around in the ovary, so you can tell in a scan which side you ovulated from based on that.Quote:

Belliboi- I think you're right because I had the ovarian cyst (on my right , too!), which dr said is what starts the pregnancy hormones just by being there (progesterone I think)...correct me if I'm wrong. Im so serious about the medical books LOL. I practically walked into my OB's office and told her what was up LOL. she only did fundal measurements to check that the one I had done was correct for liability reasons. She told me on several ocassions "stop stealing my thunder go buy regular pregnancy books" LOL

Just had my gender scan at 16w 4d and baby was being very awkward and kept crossing it's legs + not showing us anything, the pics I have are from underneath/side view of the bits, the tech said she saw nothing to suggest boy and that what she thought she could see was swollen girl bits with the White lines on, after what seemed like forever she said Girl!
But it didn't exactly fill me with confidence + too scared to get excited, my 20w scan is now 4 weeks away. What do you make of the pics?

Belli - I ovulated from the right side - they told me at my 9 week scan!
Miss - I felt just like you did with everyone saying "its a girl" right when they found out I was pregnant - I was so afraid that if it wasn't that I would be letting everyone down! It's normal to feel that way when you want something so badly. I think you have at least one girl in there!

Wr havnt had a girl in 14 years in my side of the family and there is only my self and my 14 yr old girl cousin who are girls everyone else is boys! And thank you for your kind words makes me feel better! I will hopefully know in 8 days yay!! Cant wait
Pinkprincess, that is girl...and I would trust the tech:) I know exactly how you feel about not believing it, but try and stay positive! I do not see any boy parts and at 16 weeks, there would be something sticking out much further:)
