Meeks I congratulated you on the other post but have to congratulate you again. Lexi is just gorgeous!!! And also so sweet and small. Poppy was 8lbs 8oz! The boys were also 8lbr's and bigger than her!! I make chunky ones irrespective of gender!!
Waiting4Daisy how exciting!! Good luck and can't wait to hear what you have!
Onthepond have you had your LO yet?
As for us, Poppy is 8weeks old now, smiling, cooing, and just a utter joy! Her big brothers still adore her and always want cuddles and strokes. Honestly I'm just loving it. The only sad thing is how fast she is growing, she is out of her newborn clothes now and the 0-3 months bits are getting a bit tight. So who knows maybe I'll be back and swaying pink again in a year... :-)
Good Luck with the babies to come and all the tired Mumma's. I will check in more regularly now. Perhaps for the night feeds. :-)

So lovely to hear how you are going Tree! Nice to hear about life with a 8 week old, it's like I forget each time.
Lexi is only a week and a half and already I both can't wait until she's slightly more robust, and also don't want her to grow up, as she's my last. I'm a bit scared of the boys being rough, although they always try to be gentle, ds1 was doing flips on the couch while I was feeding today, and ds2 keeps hearing baby cry from her bassinet (in the corner of our lunge room currently, then I move it into our room at night) and saying "STOP, mummy, I grab her" and rushing off. So I have to get up fast when she cries as there is no way I trust my 2 year old to pick her up!!! Haha it's cute he cares so much though.
Having trouble explaining to ds1 about breastfeeding, I'm in pain and trying to hide it but he sees me wince when she attaches (cracked nipples from before my milk came in, she's attaching right but they are healing slow) and let me tell you I'm toning it down in front of him because all I want to do is scream and beat my foot against the floor for the first 30 seconds until the pain settles. Urgh I hate this part of feeding. Although she has been feeding far better than her brothers did so I'm still feeling confident I can stick it out. Fingers crossed.
How is everyone else?
Meeks, nipple shields for the nipples!! They saved my nipples with my boys and I only had to use them for a day to let my nipples heal.
We have Poppy in her bassinet inside a travel cot so she is protected. We did the same with ds2 to protect him from ds1. It works perfectly and I'd be utterly exhausted without it as the boys always want to cuddle her or share toys etc...
Tree-so glad you are having so much fun with her!!!! And that the boys are adjusting well too! Exciting for a possible 4th!!! :-)
Meeks-I remember that pain! This time mine were sore until she was 15 days old and then I could stop stomping my foot every time she latched on the right side! Ahhhh it hurt so bad! But now we are doing great and I know you will too!
We are having so much fun with Bella too! We had the boys valentine parties at their preschool and it was so fun to get her all dresses up and watch the boys receive all their friends cards and candy! When we got in the car the boys were looking through their valentine bags and she was asleep and I had a moment where I thought it doesn't get any better than this!.3 children altho a lot of work are such a blessing! We are very lucky mamas! We are going on a quick dinner date tonight since she is 6 weeks! Hoping grandma is ready for 3 for a couple of hours!
Happy Valentine's day mamas! Have a great day!
Keep the updates coming!

Hi ladies, just checking in! Can't believe nearly all of our babies are here now. My beautiful boy is a dream and I'm truly very lucky as he fits in to our crazy schedule without a whimper! Logan is 7 weeks old today and humongous! He's put on TWO kilos since birth (sorry, not sure what that is in pounds). He's in 00's already. It's sad that I'm putting clothes away for the final time. My 2 big boys are crazy-mad-in-love with him. I feel like we have a family now, with 3. I'm so happy that they all have each other and having 3 brothers is a gift that my husband and I have given them for the rest of their lives.
I still feel very sad that I'll never have a daughter, I think about it all the time. But I wouldn't trade my 3 perfect little men for anything!!!!! Just wish this last pregnancy was twins - my baby boy AND a baby girl. Anybody else feel like this?
Sorry to bring GD into this thread, it's the only place I can be honest about my feelings - I've been putting on a brave face and fending off some insensitive comments about having 3 boys for 7 weeks to the day.
Loving all the pics and stories of your bubs! Will check in to see who's next! X
