So exciting ktf!! We are here for you and waiting To meet the first baby born for this group!!!
So 34 weeks.. 1 cm dialated 50% effaced...i dont even care how little, ill take that progress. Thank GOD. Gave my daughter a speech about how proud of her i was lol.. Told her keep it up we still have a looonggg way to go. Next week i can labor at any point and deliver at the nice hospital out west here... glad the tech told me she had lots of hair.. Made puking up stomach acid all night worth it.. Ill never let myself eat that much before bed again. Mistakes were made..

I'm ok just shattered, got pessary at 11:20 yesterday morning and it took the full 6 hours before it started working, then was getting contractions fast but short, got epidural at about 9pm and doctor came to break my waters at 9:45 and said that she wasn't happy with my Bp and also baby's heartbeat was high so she reckoned i needed a csection urgently, then she checked me and said she didn't need to break waters anyway as i was fully dialated and head was right there!!! Two quick pushes and by 9:48 she was out, was unbelievable.
She's in Special Care just now as needing a wee help with oxygen and feeding but being taken very good care of. Xx [emoji178][emoji175]

Absolutely drowning in heartburn at this point. Choked on it all night even after tums until i finally puked...now ive got the runs but idk if its from swallowimg stomach acid all night or the contractions im beginning to notice... Been up since 3 am its now 630 here and i have 3 hours till my doctor appointment....and i cant sleep... Ughhhhh
Prescribed zantec. Feel much better. Cramps still there but dont think this is it...cervix still super posterior
I'm on Zantac too, since May. I have to take it twice a day. I'm not allowed to stop taking it because acid reflux exacerbates asthma. I'm already taking my allergy medicine and asthma meds because my asthma is already bad due to high pollen counts and poor air quality due to harvest. I had my very first asthma attack last night and it was so scary! I literally couldn't breathe until I used two puffs from my rescue inhaler!Quote:

Pregnancy is never easy but as I read your posts I feel like I have nothing to complain about! I am feeling ok- tired but no real aches or pains. Hope you ladies stay healthy from this day on!
Due date isn't til October 24 and I already feel done tho- done work, done being heavy, done not being able to bend over, just DONE! I have the nursery nearly complete and I am praying for a delivery around 37 weeks:) Could I be so lucky? My first was a section (induced two days overdue bc my ob was nuts) due to fetal distress and second was a VBAC who arrived 4 days late. I can't see this one being early but I am certainly praying!!!

Bura i am having the same heartburn problems.. Also keeping me up multiple hours at night. Her in denmark i use something called Gaviscon. Its a chewing tablet which, i have to say having had heartburn for many years (never like this though) helps quit good.

I think im next actually... I believe there may be 1-2 more due late september but idk that they stayed active so we may not hear from them.. My c section is october 2nd
My due date is October 6, but my c-section is September 15 -- only 9 more days! I guess I need to pick a name pretty soon....
I'm due Oct 2. But will be induced a week early. Burakoam, when are you due?

My swelling is getting out of control right now too.. But blood pressure is fine so its likely not pre e... I have no ankles at the moment and i woke up this am with stiff/swollen joins.. My hands were a nightmare.
So nope, freaking out now. I had a crazy night..im convinced it was just increased discharge at this point but woke up super freaked out at how much i seemed to 'leak' last night..dried weird on bed spread...dried hard but dark and clear not white at all...its like invisible glue? Noticed early early AM that no matter what side i slept on i had pinched nerves waking me up and so i flipped to my back (i know...crazy naughty me) and then immediately was met with charlie horses in my thighs! i have NEVER had that happen to me once in my life and thought "what the heck is going on"...then noticed my belly seemed REALLY sunken in and thats when i went into a panic.
After some time to calm down because baby is very active, more active than she has been in weeks, i still feel much smaller than i was. I didnt feel lower though so i took a picture to compare...what do you guys think?

i can actually see my hips in that picture gotta say its been a while since those were noticeable in pictures.
Looks like she dropped or turned her position maybe. But sounds like maybe you should check with the doctor about the leakage.
I can't see the difference because of different lighting and your back being covered in the second pic. But if you are worried, you should contact your dr.
Fluid was discharge... But she did something!!!! Cervix is now anterior, i am 50% effaced and a stretchy two!! Doc suspects the leaking was from her head exerting the pressure to move and open the cervix a bit. They didnt mention station i should have asked :( but PROGRESS!! I know it doesnt mean much as i could stay this way but it gives me a little hope i wont have to go to 39 weeks after all!! Woo

I don't think I am next, but 15 days until D-day. I have always gone over, but girls were both breech until almost 39wks and we never used OPKs to track my ovulation and conception like we did this time... I wonder if it will make a difference. One could hope, haha.
Burakoam- that is great progression! I remember at my 40wk appt being stretchy 2, almost a 3 cm dilated but still so high and posterior my membrane sweep was really difficult, lol.
I have my 38 wk appt in 2 days, and I believe I may ask if they can give me a sweep. However, I don't even have my hospital bag packed yet >.< and we are going to be staying in the maternity wing of the hotel on post in Seoul (it's a crazy 2hr drive, I do not want to make while in labor) at some point. I am so behind. lol
