Yesterday I had a pretty shocking day too:
10:30 rice milk flat white
12:30 leftover from my noodle dish (way too high in sodium)
4:00 iced coffee
6:30 vegetarian burger from take away, some hot chips and gravy
10pm hazelnut snickers chocolate bar and hot choc.
1700cals 32g fat 41g protein
But 3500mg sodium!

Oh today gets worse....
11am rice milk coffee
3pm (at footy) kransky hot dog with coleslaw, bacon & cheese, iced coffee, few handfuls of salt and vinegar chips and m&ms.
Taking DS6 to the dr so by the time I finally get home it will be something bad for dinner too! 😞
Oh well back on track tomorrow! AF arrived today and I do think the extra cals & fat helped it arrive so it's not all bad...right??!? 😕

8am - had the hangover from hell so I HAD to eat breakfast. 2 eggs in a tortilla.
1pm - homemade salad kebab. Can I recommend this idea to anyone who loves donner style kebabs?? I bought Lebanese bread & spread it with a little hummus, filled it with lettuce, tomato, onion, tabbouleh & instead of meat I cooked some mushrooms in a non-stick pan with a little oil spray. Then I added hot chilli sauce & a little blob of Greek yoghurt. It was all kinds of amazing & I didn't miss the meat AT ALL.
6:30pm - roast potato & roast pumpkin with salad
1020 cal 40g protein 32g fat

Primalmamma - loving that idea! Before DH I was never a massive meat eater so that would be my natural preference :)

I didn't see that on the menu! But we just had a quick look as the girl was impatiently waiting for us to make up our minds. That sounds so good though. 😀
