I dont have any proper diet but i usually avoid sweets and cakes. For vegetarians they can eat chia seeds, lentins, cottage cheese for protein.Because of boy diet i increased 5kg from last 2 months.Still i cant track my ovulation.I took EPO and folic acid 1 tab everyday.
Hi Babysecond,
I have heard losing little weight can help. Because of HE diet, i also gained some weight but i have reduced it now with normal BMI. I can see my cycle returning to normal and period length also increased.
When i gained weight with HE diet, i used to have very light periods.
@Dream user
Can you please share your diet and supplements?
're diet I didn't eat anything specific really but I made sure to eat.
So for breakfast I had porridge with honey and raisins or blueberries.
For lunch I made sure to have carbs and meat - baked potato with chilli or sandwich with ham and cheese. Dinner was normally meat (ham, steak etc) with potato and vegetables.
I didn't have 9 portions of fruit daily- I was lucky to have 2!
I snacked on almonds and dates.
Vitamins:
2000mg folate
Multi vitamin (centrum)
Acidophilus (when I remembered which wasn't often as these are kept in the fridge so I forgot more often than remembered!)
Vitamin D 1000ug
Coq-10 200mg
Omega (under 500mg daily)
All vitamins were recommended by atomic.
Now that I'm pregnant I'm phasing out the coq-10( and waiting to hear when I should reduce/stop etc)
I used opks to track ovulation and got pregnant first month ttc.
Sending you lots of baby dust !!
Exercise wise I run 2 (usually) - 3 times per week and I tried to do 1 kettlebells class and one barbell class per week. I continued running on 2ww but didn't make it to class (I have 2 small kids so it's hard to always make class)
Once I got bfp I stopped exercising but this was at hospitals recommendation.
