Hi all! I'm currently in the 2WW! I was only swaying boy for about 3 weeks when we decided to jump the gun. Just got too excited! :) Was following the FGD and taking supplements. Thinking about moving over to the HED, but still unsure. What supplements/drinks are ok for the 2WW? I want to keep swaying in case this one didn't take but want to be safe in case it did work! this is the list that I was using before:

3) potassium 99mg
4) gelatin
5) Vit D 1000mg
