Niva - Good to see you on here! So glad to hear you're so excited to meet DS2, and that GD is a thing of the past. You mentioned the hardships of going from 2-3, and I will honestly say that it was NOT hard for me! You will be just fine. :)
Lovely to come on and catch up on who is about to have their babies close to my due date! Congrats to all you lovely ladies who swayed at same time as me and good luck to those who are still on the sway journey.
I am due my pink bundle on dec 17 but might be induced early..dec 12th..my birthday too so feels extra special! Fingers crossed..hoping for a natural labour with no drama please :-) i will update once i am back on my feet

Niva I don't think you are mad at all for going for 3, in fact that's what I did, and got my girl! Mind you my "sway" for ds2 was so ill-informed I did Shettles, bahahahhaa! So I only really swayed for this little girl (#3). I totally get it.
But wouldn't trade ds2 for the world, he's absolutely the light of our lives and I am now SO glad I didn't get a girl second because I would have stopped at 2 kids, despite previously thinking I'd have 4. Now I feel like 3 is it for us (I have a lot of complications with pregnancy and birth so that's the only reason I wouldn't go more).
I am waiting for baby news....and keeping this one in until my MD returns tomorrow!!
Niva...it is good to see you around and that you happily preparing for your sweet second boy! Like Meeks, I could not imagine life without my DS2 who is the sonshine I needed in him.....and let me have the chance for baby #3. Jump on the baby #3 train....I think it will be fun!!!!!!
Meeks...we too will end at three and like you, my second son is just what we needed. I have to giggle at my IG sway with him...probably the reason that I refused to do supplements of cran/cal/mag and potions like Refresh/replense.
Myrainbowgirl....what projects are you working on for your new wee man???
Capegrace....that would be a great birthday present!! I think that Dec. babies are wonderful gifts!!!
Baby is here! Edward Lee born December 4th @ 10:24 am!!! He weighed 5 lbs 3 oz and was 18.5 in long.... tiny but otherwise perfectly healthy! My labor was horrendous, 18 hrs and 2 hrs of pushing with a vacuum extraction at the end and 3 stitches. Induced labor is so hard I think. Anyway, other than feeling like I got hit by a truck I am okay :) He is breastfeeding like a champ already :)
I'm breaking out of the hospital today so I'll post some pics when I get home to my regular computer... he looks like a Blondie like ds1 though :)

So exciting! Edward is a lovely name, and I have to say the pic I saw of you right after looked like a model pic! How did you manage that after being hit by the labour truck??!! Well done honey, that teeny boy will be even more full of love when he meets ds1 and 2.Quote:
