Morning all! I did a little test on what I think is a early testing one but it was very neg. No line at all! I am also still spotting a rusty/brown colour soon not feeling confident at all. Hey girlsway, I wish I could remember in real detail! But I've got a rubbish memory and I didn't write it down!
I was aware of swaying as I was trying to do it and I was a member here too. I wasn't a huge meat eater but I didn't go veggie. I worked full time and had a side job working in an ice cream shop on my days off it was in the summer months(so I defo didn't stop dairy either) this time I've limited dairy and I'm having almond milk in my coffee which I didn't do last time. I had sweetener in my coffee and I'm doing that again. I drank Diet Coke too but not loads and I'm doing that again too.
I skipped breakfast that's for sure I was never huge breakfast eater before my DD and now I feel like I need a little something in the morning (funny how it changes) but I try not to!
I drank alcohol but not loads really. I drank cranberry juice but I'm not this time as it's not seen to be that effective. We dtd once at pos OPK I fell pregnant 2nd month luckily. I drank coffee but I always have (except when I was breastfeeding then I stopped it) I had lost weight before I started TTC about 1 and a bit stone. This time I've only lost 2kg and I'm bigger (8kg) bigger than I was when I conceived my daughter. Although I'm only 5ft 3 and I weigh 57kg currently (so I was very very small when I conceived my daughter) I doubt I'll be able to get down to that again. My body doesn't seem to want to lose anymore. I had an active job on my feet along with my 2nd job I was probably doing excercise but I wasn't going to the gym or anything.
Again this time I'm walking and active with my daughter and my job which still involves being on my feet for 12-13 hours so I'm not managing excercise either. I didn't take any supps as I didn't really understand them. I feel I have more cm this time so I'm considering antihistamines for our next try maybe.
I really hope to have another DD as it would fit perfectly for our family but I will be happy for a healthy baby!
How has your diet been for your sway this time?
Thank you that’s really interesting to read! I got down to my smallest ever adult weight on the pcos le diet and skipped breakfast everyday (used to always have breakfast and snack all day) my diet was the complete opposite so I’m really hoping I’ve done enough!

I was on slimming world diet and I've been doing that again but with the principles of LE but my weight just isn't shifting which is annoying me as I'd like to be smaller. Although I believe weight loss/gain doesn't have a huge impact anyway. But it's different to last time which makes me feel a bit anxious! So I'm really pushing the diet now! I was a bit naughty at xmas too! It's so exciting!! will you find out what you are having?
I haven't been taking temperatures but last night the egg white mucus seemed present. The picture doesn't have great lighting but the OPK stick on the left has a slightly darker line. I tested 3 times yesterday afternoon and three times the afternoon before and I was having trouble waiting long enough to pee, so the urine may be diluted. Atomic suggests another attempt at 4 days to be safe (3 to increase the chances of pregnancy but since I've only been on the diet 6 weeks I'm going to go for 4). pbn, we have actually stopped ttc. we want to avoid due dates in nov-feb. I've been temping off and on just to keep some sort of record if we decide to try in a few months. Its been a long road and I do have an appointment with an ivf dr in a couple weeks. we saw him over a year ago and decided to go the natural route but that has not happened so we are revisiting. I wish I didn't have the mc back in aug or it happened one of the many other months and we didn't need to break for a little but its where we are. But I do keep checking back in here for other updates and happy to see all the other bfps.
