Mocha- so glad the scan went well, what a cute little baby!! Can't believe how they are at the scan, don't they understand how worried you must be and just need to know instantly they can at least see a heartbeat, so unhelpful. Anyway, main thing is baby is healthy, keep it up baby!!
Oh my goodness Mocha, what a cute photo! I'm so glad everything is ok, what a relief you must feel :D I can't believe how they are at the scan either - the very least they could do is let you know straight away that there's a heartbeat!

I'm very surprised they didn't tell you anything at the scan, they tell you a lot here in the UK, the only thing they don't like is speculating about the sex at 12 weeks I tried that with my second pregnancy and the tech was like just wait until your 20 week scan! lol
Yeah, that attitude is one of the reasons why I'm pretty sure I'm going to pay for a private scan this time around. I figure if I'm paying for it, they'd better be willing to answer my questions! :bigsmile:
Oh Lord, I totally forgot that it was possible to be non-stop nauseous and yet non-stop hungry. Is it sad that I want nausea to win in this battle?? I really don't want to gain as much as I did with my first pregnancy! :D
Oh Mocha look at your bubba!!!! Gosh to think in 2 weeks mine will go from a grain of rice to that!!

That's kind of how I feel too. The nausea is always there, though very subtle. The only way to get rid of it is to eat all the time. I've already gained a ton since I was down so low with the LE diet - I'm worried I'm going to be as big as a cow before this is all done!Quote:

I have to force myself to eat all the time. Eating most of the time makes the nausea better, but soemtiems something will taste awesome and go down good, but then 20 minutes later, I'm like, yep that was definitely a questionable choice!
So glad I'm not the only one feeling that way!! I gained 50lbs with my first and that was waaaay too much. But, as you gals have said, snacking through the day is the only way you don't feel nauseous. I guess I'll just keep doing my little workouts and watch what I'm eating (even though I kinda just want everything salty right now...with my DS1, it was sweets).
