Thanks hun. Been on diet pretty much except for a couple of blips since May 1st. Have lost about 10-12lbs since then and think my muscle mass is fairly non existent! I'm planning to wait til tomorrow if AF doesn't show today and see if they can fit me in for BW. If AF doesn't show today I have no idea what's going on but will test tomorrow if I have to before going for Bw. I just hate seeing BFNs so am putting it off!!Quote:

I thought it was LR and cranberry OR OLE. DH can definitely only take OLE or cranberry as I have asked Atomic about the benefits of both several times now, she recommends cranberry BUT mostly because the stats just aren't there for OLE just yet.Quote:

I recommend cranberry for men who can take it (those under 35, in good health, good sperm quality, not on blood thinners or other meds that may interact with cran) because I am not completely convinced yet on the OLE. Most of the people who I had on OLE up until 2015, were on it because they had some issue (they were older, poor sperm health, fertility challenges) that could have had them more "set" for pink. It's not that I think the stats on OLE are bad, they're actually great, but i am not yet convinced that it's because OLE itself is great or if it's because up till this last 9 months I was only giving it to a certain subset of people who may have been overall more pink-friendly to start with.
Girls, it's impossible for me to keep up with these support threads. I just so happened to see one of the questions come thru in the "new posts" and so I could reply to this. PLEASE put your actual questions into the main forums for me to respond to because if 10 people get confused, it only ends up taking me longer than if you had just asked me in the first place.
(Please note I am not mad or annoyed, it's just that literally every time I open a support thread there is invariably some level of confusion going on, please just ASK when you have questions rather than guessing "I think it's this or I think it's that")
