Thanks for your thoughts Bonny, we have 2 girls too and I'm very on the fence about #3. Some days I'm convinced we will and just sway the best we can, other days I'm not sure how I'd take it of we had another girl and it's also my gut feeling that we will. Just can't imagine things going the way I'd like. Taking a step back for a while sounds wise.Quote:

I was thinking of what Atomic said , that if our body didnt get clacium it will take it from our bones and teeth
so I was like , whats the point of cutting it back.
I have confession to make, I took Jonal F injections to help me getting pregnant with twins, 2 days of 150.
but , today I didnt get happy news when I had U\S, only one follie grown up and the others were small + I have small cysts :(
so I dunno I might skip this month and try the next cycle?
I will go to my RE next week hoping that there`s another one growing, she wasn`t`t optimistic though , she told me to come back if AF shows up.
DH also wants to skip this month , he wants twins more than I do .

For twins, you need alot more preparation and it is really going to be hit or miss. I took cassava for 2 months, just finished my supply during the 2ww and I'm not buying more. I'm taking loads of folate in hope it will help, but I'm not holding my breath.
I'm gonna supplement for twins after this PG as we want a large family and I want it all to happen before I'm 40, although I don't really care if I'm 45 and still having kids. We're just aiming for a good plan, God willing.
What else are you doing to increase chances of twins?

im not taking anything unusuall , the vitamines and lots of folic acid. I`m blaming RE for giving me a high dose to staart with , I shouldnt listen to her and I should start with 75 dose.
I will check out next week and see if other follies has grown up.

Hey ladies, was just reading over on another thread about blue sway BD and thought this might be the best place to see what your thoughts are.
My DP and I have dropped down to BD maybe twice a week since we've had our second DD. I'm not concerned about being about to increase this to every 2-3 days when ttc however I am a little conscious that he finds the idea of having sex to actually conceive a baby a bit of a turn off. In the past I've got round this by not letting him know when I'm O'ing and have likely had both DD with only one attempt. However given that a blue sway suggests 3 times in the fertile window not sure what the best approach next time will be. Any thoughts/experiences with this?
Totally thread crashing! MiaMelb- maybe wear some sexy lingerie and attack him for 2 of the three attempts and take charge of the BDing, if you know what I mean? The more you can get his mind out of it, the better I would think. Just offering some out of the box ideas [emoji6]!
