Dh is abstaining (fr was too stressful), and we originally were going to try one attempt. But I really wanna get pg, so we are going to do multiple attempts now; but because of the abstaining we can't space them out like one could if you do fr.Quote:

Took and opk last night and this morning -- both clearly negative.
So no baby dancing yet. I still have watery cm, so it'll be coming in a few days...just not today. My guess is that our attempt will be Tues night -- if I had to guess. We'll see how these opk's turn out. In the past I feel like when I get a fertile sign my body gears up to o quickly -- that is why I got scared.
Thank you for your input. I just did a full app. rephresh this morning since I know our attempts won't be tonight. I am going to use no jellies during our 3 attempts, just maybe a tad, tiny bit of sylk on attempt #2 & 3. No jump and dump. I really really wanna get pregnant and I think all j&d will do is decrease my chances of getting pg, his sperm count will already be so low.
Prayforprincess~ Is your dh using licorice root? I'm thinking about maybe giving dh a little less. Worried its effecting his sperm quality too much.

He is taking LR 2x a day -- not 3.
Why would you be concerned it is ruining is quality?
My dh normally had very good quality from my experience. Even in IVF I would have him fr for 4-5 days before giving his sample (which they say to have him release 2-3 days before and then abstain) -- and we have always had 100% fertilization. So I think if anything, his sperm could use a little hurt - cause his diet & drinking does not seem to affect his sperm at all. Its as if they are not even phased by it. I didn't want to totally destroy them so that is why I am only having him take the LR 2x not the recommended 3x a day.

littemiss-I feel like my last cycle on clomid was so messed up. I don't know when I o'd, and they say I hyperstimmed so I was off this last cycle and did not O on my own. I weigh between 93-95 now. I eat between 1300-1600 a day, about 40g protein I guess and about 20-30 g fat a day. I'm just guessing. Are you on fitnesspal? I am boyboygirl if you want to be friends. I o'd the first cycle on cd 21.
sweetsister-No! Nothing ever does go as planned. I am trying not to make my ttc plan too tight b/c it never goes the way you plan anyways, right? How many attempts are you thinking of?
In my thread on reviewing my sway plan Atomic suggested maybe I stop the licorice root, that perhaps its effecting my Dh sperm too much quality and quantitiy. She says it continues to work after stopping it. I just listed options for her to look at. One was reducing to 2 times a day. take a look if you have a minute.
I conceived 3 times REALLY easy, just really wanting March to work, but want a girl conception more, iykwim.

You should maybe try dropping dh to LR only 2x a day. That is what I am doing.
And yesterday, dh was lazy and I found out that he only took it 1x. So most days he is taking it 2x day, but a few days only 1x. Last month he took it from af-o only 1x day; and I did conceive.
I didn't feel that would be enough to affect him at all - especially since he misses doses.
I am happy with the 2x day for now, especially since we are not doing j&d or any jellies other than rephresh every 3 days.
3x a day might be overkill for older men -- good for guys in their 20's..not so good for men in their late 30's and 40's.
5dpo and had a tiny bit of blood when I blew my nose this am (TMI), so I might be getting the sinus infection a lot of the ladies on here have been reporting or could the blood be a preg sign?
I have proper nosebleeds when im pregnant,they say its from the extra blood in our bodies while pregnant,i would think you would be a little further along for it to affect you but maybe this is just a warning that you could be you never know?
