So, I am not really stressing about it either, and if you doctor did not make it a point to say anything about it, then you are probably just fine. And adding some iron is really easy to do, especially with food. My sister is aememic and eats a ton of spinach and apricots and the like to keep hers level.
I talked with my doctor yesterday also, my kick ass gyno (who doesn't do OB, so she didn't know I had the m/c as I had to go to the midwives at another practice once I got pg).....she is going to have me do a blood FSH for real test this next cycle, but she seems to think that we have just had crap luck and my eggs aren't necessarily bad. I told her we were loading up on antioxidants and I started up with yoga again and all, and she said that is perfect...the healthier your body, the healthier your eggs. But, we are still a go for ttc in August and she MAY start me on Clomid that month, just depends on the FSH numbers and her eval when I go see her in a few weeks.
So, I am now a proponent of being super healthy.....DH quit smoking last week and is doing great with it, and we are both on a big health kick for the next few months, just to see how it affects us (which will no doubt be positively, but if it yeilds a healthy pregnancy). I'm having an "amazing grass" smoothie everyday (wheat, barley, and alfalfa grasses) and loads of antioxidants, and have started with the DHEA again. I'll have a good 80 days in before ttc, and just gonna see what happens.
Good luck, chicas.....I'm so very happy for 3PNB and Chunksta, and hoping to add some preggies to the list to congrats soon!
