So, talked to my doctor tonight.
She said my HCG is only 6000, which seems pretty low for 6w5d. My last HCG was at 17dpo and was 520, so if it was doubling every 48 hours it would be over 55,000 by now. But, when I look online it says 1,080 – 56,500 is normal at 6 weeks and that after reaching 3000 it takes anywhere from 48-96 hours to double. She told me to come back on Friday for another blood draw.
Then, she said the radiology report said there was "no normal fetal pole" and that "fetal demise suspected" which is heartbreaking, but the tech definitely said there was a fetal pole and was able to measure it so was it just "not normal" or "too small?"
I don't know what to think. It all sounds pretty negative, but I guess I still feel in limbo till I get that second blood result on Friday. If my numbers drop then that will confirm a miscarriage, but if they go up then another u/s would be called for. I just don't know what to think and feel like I'm holding on to the very last piece of hope. I told baby if she had to go and that it wasn't meant to be then ok, but if she wants to fight then I'll fight for her too and that she has two brothers who'd love to meet her. Just so so sad. :(
I told my mom everything and she is coming up here tomorrow night to be with me (she's in San Diego and I'm in Los Angeles).

I think it's all over. Heavy bleeding started and clots the size of my palm. :(
DH is coming home early and my mom will be driving up tonight.
