I had fried catfish last night. I felt bad about it but I took fiber afterwards. Hopefully it didn't ruin my fat for the day. Boo.
I agree about the above, HR shouldn't matter too much because intense is different for everyone, but Atomic has repeatedly said that moderate exercise will sway blue instead of pink. So I just take it as "go hard or go home." Haha

With my boys I worked out like the 30 day shred, and weights and stuff. I would NEVER have worked out for an hour. I hope -fx - that the ticket is in the time and the low protein - not that we know for sure what is a sure fire thing or not. At least you'll have given it all you got. I've been going harder bc in getting better at it; more conditioned, but I'm still thinking that intensity wise - I. Terms of perceived rate of exertion I float between say 5 and 8. http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/05...d44aea4ee9.jpg

Awesome!
Well weekend was good, I had a veggie burger and a piece of cake; not a crazy cheat but, today I had another piece of cake.
I lowered my calorie goal too since my weight isn't budging.
Today I also had a small breaky. Rare for me, that was one thing about this diet that I "practiced" before I started and it was easy for me bc im so busy.
Here's how my day shaped up

I hope im on track, I feel like I am, but sometimes I worry that my fat is a little high (today wasn't bad).

Tomorrow I'm going to try and stick closer to the 12-1400 mark though.

Looks good!
I haven't lost anymore weight either. Guess I should lower.
How do yall feel about shrimp? Is it too much meat protein? Vegetarian all the way?

I haven't posted on this thread the past week - I'm guilty of completely messing up my diet and having just a plain ol' bad week of it. Today I am turning things around and am back on track. I've continued to skip breakfast as I have done for months now but last week after a friends wedding I began to snack as a result of the hangover from hell!!! Lesson learned - for now!!
This is my day today -
coffee with aspartame and low fat milk at 9.30am
two English muffins with low fat butter and no sugar added strawberry jam, another coffee with milk and sweetener and a mini Brioche pastry at 11.30am - 656 cals, 22g fat, 15g protein
I am having another coffee now with a drop of milk and sweetener which is another 13 cals, 1g fat, 1g protein (full fat milk as I have no low fat left at the minute) and I will have 4 vegetable fingers, 4/5 baby potatoes, a cup of steamed baby carrots and around 100g ish of steamed broccoli. I'll have light butter on the potatoes too. That should be 450 cals, 14.8g fat, 13.1g protein according to MFP. My daily totals will be 1106 cals, 36.8g fat, 28.1 protein. The boys are having some baked ham for dinner so I may have a slice of that to increase my protein intake though I know its a cheat. Any other ideas on increasing protein but not upping fat intake ladies?
I'll have some full fat soda or some other empty carbs later to increase calorie intake, or I might have an extra baby potato or two without butter, protein + calories but no fat ;) I'm in a better frame of mind this week plus I finally got a positive OPK and EWCM after being convinced I was Oing last week (pains plus creamy CM turning to EW but then drying up completely which threw me right off!!) so thats getting my head back in the game :D
Lauren I've actually asked atomic that same question. She said that shrimp are a great cheat, a better cheat than other options like meat. I'll be eating shrimp through my sway, obviously limiting it to a maximum of twice, possibly three times a week while I am on holidays a couple weeks before our attempt (eating out will be disastrous I have no doubt!) I'm not going to be doing a "kitchen sink" sway though, I'm hoping to be more relaxed (haha, we'll see about that now won't we!!) and if I fixate too much on food I'll get way too Martha and undo all the work the diet will hopefully do!
I wish I could hurry and just get pregnant now so I could eat normal lol but if I don't wait until June I won't have had a full 3.5 months on the diet
