Thank you ! The Birthing pool arrived, and we inflated it to give it a trial run.
Suddenly felt very very real !

Amelia : Congratulations to your coworker ! I hope you have a really smooth delivery yourself, and that the EPO and RLT work.
So kind of your hubbies friend, it's amazing how we find out who is there for us during pregnancy isn't it ?

Dreamsister : I am not connected at all to this baby, I love the movements and I am always touching the bump.
However I cannot imagine there is a baby shaped someone in there, it just isn't connecting or making sense.
Anyone else get what I mean, or am I crazy lol. Will be the Mom who gives birth and stares in disbelief like "WHAT THE HELL IS THIS, ITS A BABY !!!!!"

MrsSparkles- you made me laugh so hard [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]!! This is my 4th pregnancy, and I still say, "I can't believe there is a brand new person in here we haven't met yet"!!! It does feel/seem surreal- that is the beauty of it!

Trust me, it will hit home as soon as you lay eyes on your baby for the first time! There is nothing in the world like holding your baby on your chest, and him/her snuggling deep into you [emoji4]!! I always whisper their full name in their ear at that moment. It seems like it is a more gentler way of announcing to them who they are!!

I can't wait to see pics [emoji4]!!

I GET IT!!!!!! I don't think my brain or heart really have accepted the reality of this. I don't feel connected to baby at all. Unlike you I don't even love the movement. It is interesting sometimes but annoying at other times. I think I am going to have a real hard time post baby...the closer I get, the more I don't really want her to come.

Had my membranes stripped this afternoon. Hopefully baby will make an appearance in the next 24/48 hours :)

That just brought tears to my eyes :)
The thought of whispering a name like that....such a beautiful first thing to hear.

Is it odd though, that I dont even imagine a human is in there. Lol. Just something moving lol

Nope not odd at all! It's hard to imagine someone is living inside you, haha! Isn't that what we call a parasite- albeit a cute one, haha! Trust me, it will all come together once they arrive!

I am the same way and this is baby #6 to come out of me! I can never fully understand that it is a person inside of me. And I still have no idea how they fit in there!!!

@Mummyof4boys, how are you doing?
I thought labour was on It's way this night. Woke up at 3 am with massive nausea and lower back pain that came with interval. The past week I have also had thin feces (sorry for the detail).
I hope she stays in there a little longer, so I have more time to fix things in the house and buy a little more baby gear.
I am so exited for all of us..[emoji120]
