I am usually having cucumbers, lettuce and tomatoes at noon with 2 slices of french unsalted loaf with cottage cheese. Then leave the rest of the veggies for dinner. I cut everything into small pieces, put them in frying pan, cover the pan, but instead of cooking them in oil, I add some water and leave them simmer until cook. The water gets absorbed in them. Then I either put the veggies in a tortilla, or on a matzo, then include either some rice, or noodles or couscous. Does it happen to you girls that when you cheat on some food which has either been bought take away or else prepared by someone else not by yourselves, that you taste the food as very salty? It's been such a long time since I started cooking without any salt at all that when I eat something with added salt to it, it tastes really really salty!
