When will you get a gender scan?

My official scan is scheduled for October 17th (at 17w6d). I'm still debating whether I'm going to pay for an earlier scan.

I went to a private scan because I am so impatient, but Oct 17th is not that far away

I'm going for a scan today at lunch time at our local technical college. Hope I get a good student!
