yes start V first day of cycle.

There are a couple herbs that you DON'T start the first day, but they are boy herbs.

Hello atomic, could u pls advice me? I ttc my girl in october. I finished to use birth control pill in july i had af in august and now i wait my ovulation. Should i start to use saw palmetto in september af-o and again in october af-o and ttc in october? Is it ok take it together with vitex and when should i start to use vitex? Is it enough in september af-o?

You can take Vitex and saw palmetto together. Do not mix SP with peppermint tea, though.

Yes, if you want to take V and SP you would take them AF-CD 12-14 (at your preference) or positive OPK, whichever comes first, for the two cycles and then TTC to catch the ovulation in the second cycle.
