So cinns sorry bare with me lool I'm just trying to get my head around it .. In my attempt month April before AF should I still get DH to release inside of me every2-4days?

Or could he release outside

Yes, as far in advance as is feasible! The exposure to his hormones in the semen may make you more likely to conceive a boy.

And yes, I mean swallowing!! o.O YOu don't have to, it's just somethign that may help a bit.

There's always a chance, but it's all good because if you're DTD every 2-4 days and eating a blue friendly diet you're more likely to conceive a boy anyway.

He MUST release every 2-4 days starting ASAP but especially in your attempt month.

He CAN release inside you every 2-4 days and it may help.

one is MUST do, the other is something that may help and can't hurt (unless you were very sold on timing).
