ACI-JEL how much and when did you use?

Anything that does not say "sperm friendly" or "conception safe" will sway pink regardless of its pH.

Honestly, that's a big part of why i don't think you SHOULD. If you check right away, all you're doing is checking the ph of the jelly itself.

If you MUST check ph, I'd use the product as close to the way you're planning to use it as poss. amd check ph at the time you'd be doing an attempt. And even then don;t read too much into it.

OKay. Thanks. One other question, if you are going to douche and use acijel or rephresh, when do you use them both? Together or spaced apart? (I will be getting a plan very soon, so I'm sure you'll be able to answer this then!)

Don't use douche with Rephresh. You can use acijel and rephresh and acijel with douche tho.

What kind of douche were you wanting to do? THe Vinegar and water or the IG lime douche??

So cycle day 7 I used a summers eve vinegar douche just to wash away any thing and then used rephresh cd 10 I got a +opk at 3 and used rephresh at 4 ...no douche this time...then my usual zyrtec and benedryl at night then bd early cd 11 got up at 3am (CRAZY) and put 1/4 of acijel in and then we DTD at 6am....is this still okay?

Okay. Gosh. I have sooo much to learn! I was thinking of using the summers eve vinegar douche like courtmain. Is it acidic enough? I also read on someone's sway plan (that was successful), that they had a bath with a cup of apple cider vinegar every night (I think it was for other reasons, but may have helped??). Could I do that to? I don't want to do so much that I end up in pain or with it being impossible to ever fall pregnant!!! Ideally douche and acijel would be ideal. Just out of interest, why do you not use douche and rephresh together? Sorry, I'm sure you've said it a million times!

I want to use aci-jel with rephresh. The Aci-jel comes with an applicator so I'm doing about 1/4 of the applicator with acijel on the bottom and then 1/4 of the applicator with rephresh. For now I plan on doing this 1x before bed every 2 days. Not entirely sure what I'm going to to at +OPK though yet. I'll probably use 1 rephresh applicator at OPK and 1/2 an applicator of aci-jel with at least 4-6 hours for the stuff to sit and work before doing BD, then maybe use the other 1/2 applicator of aci-jel as a lube for BD.

I'll throw out the disclaimer that I'm totally OK with getting a BFN in March so I'm OK with the decreased odds of conception. Anyway that's my thought for now. I'll probably change my mind 2 or 3 times between now and +OPK.
