Hi gafan and 2nbday! And welcome! Sorry, I've been out of town. Nice to see this thread picking back up again. Unfortunetly my attempt has been pushed back until September but im hoping that will be my month! I've been doing awful at the diet lately. Gafan how exciting that you're in the 2ww! Did you sway? Good luck to everyone!
This is our first month ttc. I got a pos opk sat morn but didn't get to dtd until sun morn 24hrs later. I test another opk just now and no second line at all so maybe yday was ov day? So fingers crossed we dtd at the right time

Funny but I didn't learn about swaying until this week. :shrug: And I ate really well last month... so I'm kind of crossing my fingers that I'm not pregnant. This will probably be the last month I do that for awhile!
Of course the odds are I'm not pregnant yet, so I'll start the sway now. And whatever will happen will happen.

Mis2ninos, I don't know yet. I just got a custom plan so I'm waiting to get my plan and recommendations for how many months to work on it before trying again. In the meantime, I've started some cranberry and magnesium supplements, and I've been taking folic acid alone instead of in a full prenatal vitamin. And I stopped my DHA supplement for now and added some probiotics.
For now I'm just trying to eat lower everything, especially less meat.
I'd planned to diet this month a little anyway, since my sister is getting married next month. :Flower:
