I know that surrogacy is unforbidden in UA. Just like Leticia, I wanted to find out whether there is a point in contract between you and your sm, according to which all rights on future child are yours

yes. during the first visit we signed the agreement between us and the clinic.

yes. when child is born the clinic has to prepare all necesarry documents for the child. they do birth certificate where we are the parents of the child.
