When you look the right side of the picture, where the nub should be, you will see 2 short white horizontal parallel lines.
This is exactly how my DD3 looked on u/s pic, and sure enough, she's a girl.

I really dont know tho it didnt looked like my sons ultrasound with penis and scrotum. This was just a little nub-thing.. Well, i guess i must belive the tech ;)
