Not sure his age, but if he's older 35/40+, he shouldn't abstain. Both frequent release & abstain need to be done for at least 7 days in a row.
I think Atomic said neither seem to be swaying very much, though.

pH essay here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...ph-pickle.html After I got a boy with pH of 4.5 it was awfully hard to believe in it any more and I"ve seen tons of opposites going both ways.
If you want to use the repHResh I would use it more like 8-12 hours before you plan to attempt and not any sooner. Amount is up to you, the more you use, the less likely conception will be.
I can't remember the reason why but fevers are most likely to spike at night.
You are asking me a lot of specific stuff here and I think a lot of that you need to decide for yourself. I can't comment on all of it because I don't have all the info about you guys and your medical history and how big a hurry you are to get pg, and a lot of it probably doesn't make a ton of difference anyway. I have essays on most of the questions you ask in the index in my signature below, and then based on that info you can decide for yourself.
re frequency, most people want to start off including it and then it should be among the first things to be dropped if BFN
My husband and I are both 28 so according to many articles we're just entering the fertility decline and want to get started right away.
I'll only use RepHresh if it's high and only a finger amount as suggested on another site somewhere, it seems to stay the same every day (color between 4-5).
Yeah my fevers are always at night even with the air blasting. So I'll definitely ask my doc about that (realizes I said the appointment was today and meant Wednesday).
Sorry if I'm overwhelming you with questions, I just want to make sure I'm doing the best I can.
Ok so sorry to bug you again but I just read somewhere that full fat yogurt and fish sways blue. So is that true? If so how can I veer it back to pink?
Atomic recommend it for you because your diet is so restrictive. It's for your own health and the health of your baby. For most of us it probably would sway blue but in the context of your diet it is fine.
At 28 you are not in fertility decline. that is just a statistical average where across the whole population slightly more people start to have fertility issues. Please don't start worrying about your fertility at age 28 without any good reason to. :)
Your pH will stay low like that throughout your cycle, it will only go up around ovulation. ONly worry about pH at ovulation (if that) because that's when it is supposed to go up. IT's naturally low the rest of the time.
You're not overwhelming me, you are just asking things that I can't even tell you without more info and some of it you just have to decide for yourself or else get a personalized plan because there's no way I can advise you without more info.
Yep. You have a diet so restrictive that it may make it harder for you to conceive and carry a pregnancy. So you then will need to add some things into your diet that can make up for that. I am not going to give you any advice that will undo your sway, I want your sway to succeed - but in a safe and healthy way.
There are no magic pink or blue foods. It's your diet as a whole that matters. Someone with a very restrictive diet can eat "boy" foods and in fact may even NEED to because they may lack basic nutrient stores that the rest of us can draw off of. Some people, on the other hand, who always eat super healthy and have a lot of nutrients stored up in our bodies may have to drop way back in order to sway pink. the "magic foods" idea is just a myth.
Hey I just realized that my vitagumies you told me to take 3 times a week (3 per day) have 400mcg of folic acid in each gummy. I've been taking the gummies Mon, Wed and Fri. However I have also been taking 3 folic acid pills a day (400mcg each pill) and therefore have already been getting 1200mcg.
So my question is can I overdose on folic acid? On Mon, Wed and Fri this past week I've technically been consuming 2400mcg. Should I only take the gummies on Mon, Wed and Fri and cut out the daily folic pills on those days? Or is this fine?
Oops I might have read the label wrong.Attachment 20159 Does this mean 400mcg per gummy or per 3 gummies?
If it's per 3 gummies then should I continue taking the 3 folic a day even on Mon, Wed and Fri?
