Having trouble knowing what i can eat

I actully did find that yesterday atomic.. after dinner i had only had 1100 calories, so had to find something to bump it up

No I think it actually has pcos in the thread title...the one linked above is people who can eat carbs out the wazoo and still have monthly menses....
