Thanks for all the info, I been researching a lot on this site, so helpful.
Ya I took aspirin after I took out of my mirena iud two years ago, I took it for about 2 months, and still had a boy, I didn't know about swaying, I just read it would of helped not miscarrying.
With my DD I didn't take any supplements just was active because I was working, and honestly didn't snack at all. Ate maybe 2 meals a day, I was busy. And one attempt. So, I just want to follow the LE Diet.
Most deff will purchase a plan once I get a little closer to summer, deff want to try my hardest at my last shot

I honestly don't drink milk at all, never did I don't like it at all, I would drink choc milk maybe a half cup or a taste of my kiddos. I do like coffee though and just use french vanilla cream, I only have a cup a day. And I honestly don't think coffee "caffeine" sways, I cut off coffee for two months before I concieved my DS because I "read" it was harmful which is nonsense.
So honestly I believe in everything atomic says!

I think you're on target here! :)

I started the diet 3 weeks ago. I skip breakfast (i couldn't at the start without feeling weak- i have pcos, its not severe though), don't eat red meat and then basically eat what i want as long as i eat within my limits according to the pcos version of the LE diet. Eggs, chicken, low carb veggies and yep i even eat chocolate (i'm not supposed to apparently because of the pcos, but it is a weakness lol and my pcos was 'borderline' when they diagnosed me). I usually eat english muffins for lunch with a cup of tea, a couple of scrambled eggs around 10am (i don't eat after 6pm), and pasta, brown rice or some chicken and veggies for dinner. Its working though.. so far i have lost 5kgs (11lbs). I was so lost when i started this and i am sure i annoyed the crap out of everyone here with my incessant questions even after reading the index lol, but now i have kinda got the hang of it, and its becoming more natural to eat this way

There's no magic to skipping breakfast, anyone who finds it difficult, just start off delaying it a little bit, even an hour or two may help! If you can't skip breakfast, you can try skipping another meal instead, it's just htat most of us find skipping breakfast easiest.
A bit of choc for PCOS is way better than a huge plate of spaghetti, that's for darn sure. :) Some of the darker choc. has little sugar in it so a square is ok to satisfy the sweet tooth.
The nice thing about losing weight is that it improves your insulin resistance and actually can "fix" a lot of the PCO issues. So you end up in a better position to eat that chocolate, because your body can handle it better.

I pushed back breakfast a little bit everyday, so now i leave 16hrs between dinner and my next meal. I don't eat chocolate very often because i find when i eat sugar while taking metformin *tmi* i have to go to the bathroom a lot lol

I been working out a lot and not eating breakfast is sort of hard. I stop eating now after 7pm, I already lost 4 pounds! Woo hoo, I think I need to eat breakfast some days

You can still eat breakfast, and still have 3 meals a day, you just push it back a little bit. If you can make it 1 or 2 hours, great. IF you can make it more like 3 or 4, even better.
I always ate 3 meals on LE Diet. Both 2 and 3 meals are allowed on LE. Some peopel do better on 2 big meals, others on 3 mediium size meals. Do what works FOR YOU.
