But you see, (as per our discussion on another thread) more is more. It's the change in YOUR personal diet that matters, not your diet in comparison to any other person on the face of the globe. If you go from eating 60 g to eating 80 g, that still sways blue!!! There aren't these magic numbers that if you just choke down X amount of Nutrient Y, that will make you suddenly have a boy (though I know that's how the FGD claims to work.) All there are is goals to aim for and if you're moving in the right direction, that's good enough.
